Life Perks Coffee co has one of the three best Spiced Chai Lattes in the Tri county area and I have tried them everywhere. Most of them I would never go back for as they are far inferior. If you are a Chai Latte fan give it a try with oat milk, as it is one of the best around!

I have not had their breakfast or lunch, according to the reviews I will have to give it a try. I do know 5 things: Staff is super friendly- Prices are lower than all competitors- Smoothies get a 3 thumbs up from my daughter- the excellent Sumatra Blend Decaf coffee fixes my urges- and last but not least it's LOCAL!
