Burger King — Restaurant in Ville Platte

Where should I start? I have visited this location on a few occasions on a the weekend for a quick breakfast and I need to know this... who does the baking, how and when were they trained, and do they know what "done" is and looks like? I should not have to guess on whether I actually have a sausage and biscuit in my hand or not. On my last three previous trips it has gotten progressively worse to the point where I had to call in and actually complain about my last order (see picture). I didn't plan on eating right away so I didn't notice until about an hour later when I finally open the bag and saw that.

I spoke with the "assistant manager" and was told that my name would be written down for a replacement order only to get there the next weekend to find out that my name was nowhere to be found for a replacement. Omg took 59 minutes for 2 burgers 2 fries an an 2 20 piece nuggets an an when I asked for bbq sauce for nuggets I was rudely told they were out but before I could walk out customer after me said she wanted bbq sauce but since they were out an before she could finish employee said oh we have some she was rude so I said we were out. Well that customer an 2 others said they wanted money back cuz they wasn't supporting a business that would do that an that they didn't find me rude compared to if it was them who had to wait an hour.
