Danny's Pizza Pizzazz — Restaurant in Vineland

EDIT....... LOOK OUT FOR THE NEW COUNTER GIRL . SHE DOES NOT LISTEN. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME NOW THAT OUR ORDER WAS MESSED UP. THE FIRST TIME WHEN WE CALLED A COUPLE WEEKS AGO WE ORDERED DELIVERY, SHE EVEN ASKED OUR ADDRESS. AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR WHEN WE CALLED BACK AND ASKED WHERE IT WAS, THEY EXPLAINED IT WAS SITTING AT THE SHOP FOR PICKUP. THEN AGAIN TODAY WE ORDERED TWO PIZZAS AND THEN A CHEESESTEAK. WHEN WE WENT TO PICK IT UP SHE WROTE DOWN THREE CHEESESTEAKS. SHE REPEATED BACK THE ORDER TO MY HUSBAND ON THE PHONE AND SOMEHOW WHEN SHE TURNED AROUND TO HAND THE BAKER 4 FT IN BACK OF HER SHE SEEMED TO MESS UP THE ORDER. THEN WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT IN SHE ACTED LIKE HE WAS WRONG AND SHE WAS RIGHT. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO JUST ADMITTING THAT YOU MADE A MISTAKE AND LET'S MOVE FORWARD. THEN MY HUSBAND EXPLAINED HE DIDN'T WANT THAT CHEESESTEAK,THAT HE WANTED A NEW ONE BECAUSE WHO WANTS TO COME HOME AND EAT A COLD CHEESESTEAK AFTER WAITING ANOTHER 20 MINUTES FOR TWO PIZZAS TO BE MADE. IT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY IN THERE AS WELL. NOT EVEN BUSY AT ALL. IT WAS THE YOUNG SKINNY BRUNETTE COUNTER GIRL. SHE NEEDS TO BE HUMBLED A BIT AND DEFINITELY RETRAINED .

*When you are new to the area and stop in 3 times at 12 noon. There is no buffalo chicken pizza. Every time I ask and they tell me the construction workers come in at 11am and buy it all up. Do you realize lunch doesn't start for most workers till 12 noon. Why can't you make more pizza?? Every time you have a whole pie of enchilada pizza still sitting there??! Maybe make more buffalo and less enchilada pizza. Just...

Been ordering here for years. Sometimes at least once a week. Always been as understanding as possible as I understand the plight of service industries. Orders have been wrong in the past and they've always at least tried to make good. This time? Too far. Delivery took over an hour. Driver arrived and sat in the street in front of my driveway for at least 5+ minutes with his TRUNK open and leaning in while on his phone. When he finally came to the door he had a food soaked shredded bag of what I assume was the food we ordered. Told him I dont want that. He says you can call them and they'll remake it. Asked him why would you put that in your trunk? He says that's what they advise us to do. I said really? In the trunk? You think that was good advice? Kid shrugs his shoulders and storms off. (By the way, I've never once seen a driver take food out of their trunk before. Who knows what's in someone's trunk!) My wife decided to have them remake it but we had to call them because the kid just left. While she's on the phone I see him ripping out of my neighborhood at at least 50 mph. Told her to tell them what he just did and that's probably why the food was all over his trunk and not to send him back here. She ended up having to go pick the food up and get this, they tell her we're "banned from delivery because we upset the driver". Seriously? You can keep your delivery and your Luke warm over cooked over priced food and I will take my several hundred dollars a month elsewhere. "Banned from...

After patronizing this establishment for years, today will certainly be the last time. I managed to actually remember to cut out FOURTEEN coupons from large pizzas and attempted to redeem them today. I first asked if I could get a specialty pizza with the coupons and was told no by the girl who answered the phone. I then asked how many toppings I could get instead and she replied, "As many as you want." Perplexed, I told her I would call her right back as I figured out which toppings to get. I called her back and again asked her if I could actually get "as many as I want." Again she responded yes.

So I arrived at the store to pickup the pizza along with another pizza and a wrap that I ordered. As the owner started ringing me up I noticed that this pizza wasn't coming up as free. He then informed me that I would have to pay for the 3 toppings that were on it - Totaling ELEVEN dollars. I respon that I was told I could get unlimited toppings and certainly wouldn't be paying such a ludicrous amount for 3 toppings.

His response? "Well then i'm not selling you anything." So despite acknowledging that your employee told me TWICE that I could have "any toppings I want," that I am in the wrong for attempting to "Stick you with a pizza."
