I usually go to the Millville dunkin because it is directly on my way to work. I started having problems with my very simple coffee order (large hot caramel coffee w/ cream & splenda) so I decided to try this one. For a good 3 months this was my go to place until this morning. I go to order my coffee. Same order as always. The woman taking the order tells me to pull around. I pay and she goes to hand me a large iced coffee. I simply reply "I am sorry but this is supposed to be hot not iced." She responds "So then why didn't you correct the large screen?" with a very nasty attitude. Dumbfounded because I never even look at that screen considering they take your whole order and tell you to pull forward without anything even coming up on the screen as if they haven't punched the order in yet, I respond "Excuse me? I'm sorry but I did not notice it on the screen." She replies "There's a whole $20,000 screen out there that none of you pay attention to. That is what it is there for!" At this point I am livid because I not once, up until this point, got an attitude with her. The order was wrong because she took it incorrectly. I will absolutely take responsibility for not seeing it on the screen. Hell I would pay for the extra coffee, but in no way shape or form should she speak to a customer that way. When I asked for the manager she proceeded to tell me that SHE was the manager! I was in customer service at a fast food restaurant for 6 years and no matter how I was treated, I never took it out on the next customer. If this is truly the manager, she should not have that position and in my opinion she shouldn't have a job. I obviously did not drink the coffee that was remade because she is the one who remade it. Read moreThis is the second time within the past two weeks that I have visited this location and was disappointed with my service and order. The first issue was a couple of weeks ago, when I opened my bag to give my kids a donut and I noticed there was a gnat sitting on the donut that was on top. I drove back around and pulled through the drive in again to return the order. I was offered no apology, however they did replace the donuts. The second incident occurred today. I waited at the intercom for almost 5 minutes before anyone took my order. The line wasn’t long and there were only 2 other cars ahead of me when I arrived. Once at the window, the bag and cup of coffee were presented to me with smudges of chocolate all over the bag, covering the majority of the cup’s outer surface. There were literally hand prints of chocolate smeared all over my bag and cup. I hesitated as the order was passed off to me and was in disbelief that there was a lack of care, attention or concern about my order. Read moreIf i could give lower than 1 star i would. I used to work at and then run a dunkin. This one USED to have good service. They have given really poor service lately, not filling orders that could be filled and locking the door on customers. We had just bought something, left to get my sons cup from the car and then tried to return. The door was locked. When i went to drive thru to let them know that door was locked, they said, "we know. We are short staffed." There were 3 people in there. I have worked dunkins w only 2 people, and later in the day is not as busy as morning time. I am not sire what short staffed means...they seemed to have sufficient staff. What i see is staff who arent doing...
