I frequently go to this shop, about once a week, because it is the only vape shop in the area that offers quality juices, cbd products, hardware for vaping, and glass/smoke shop merchandise. I see a lot of reviews mentioning that the juice lacks flavor. I speak with one of the employees for extended periods of time when I visit and, to the best of my knowledge, they have recently reworked some of the recipes. At the very least, he has been and always will be willing to craft me juice flavors based on my needs/wants. For example, he was able to make me a Jolly Ranchers candy salt nicotine with very light menthol, because normally too much makes my eyes burn for some reason. They are willing to work with you on making a flavor profile that best suits your needs. You are also able to test a lot of the flavors on SMOK Stick vaporizers which, for the most part, is universal in its profile. If it tastes one way on a SMOK Stick, it will likely taste the same on other mods, even salt nictoine pod systems. They recently started carrying regular branded ejuice like Reds Apple. One of my favorite experiences here with their staff was being recommended the Boost CBD vape oil at 1000mg in a one gram cartridge. Being Bipolar, I was able to manage symptoms pretty nicely, and at a fair price. Prior to having shopped here, I was rather uneducated in CBD and can safely say that I am familiarized by it now because of talking with them and doing my own research. If you don't like the prices, very simply order online. You can get prices for a lot cheaper online, but you are paying for the vape shop carrying the item, allowing you to hold it, learn about it, visually experiencing vaping rather than browsing a catalog online. You are paying for the ability to buy it now, rather than wait 3-5 business days. Remember that, same goes for e-liquid. My girlfriend bought me a geek vape vape here and it stopped working after two months. They did let me exchange it however they wouldn’t let me exchange it for the color I wanted they only let me get the black one. My original one was white. They have a rainbow and black one that I wanted. Which was supposedly cheaper than the one I bought but didn’t come with a tank. They gave me an issue saying they can’t exchange it because of that. Which I don’t understand because why couldn’t you just figure out how to make it work. When I went to exchange the white vape they gave me an issue with returning it because I didn’t know what card my gf used. So I had to go back home and check the statements. Then go back to the store to do the exchange. I live 40 minutes away and that is the closest gorilla vapes. After my girlfriend spent close to 160$ in their store they couldn’t just let me get the vape I wanted. I’m very disappointed in the customer service at this location. Not only did I spend three hours out of my day just to exchange the vape they wouldn’t let me get the one I wanted. I think you need to make things right with your customers. Clearly you don’t care about making your customers happy. You could have just made a suggestion to charge me the difference to get the tank or idk just figured something out. My wife purchased 50ml of house made green apple for $30. The smell is heavy on the chemical side, there is barely a flavor taste and every hit makes me cough. Luckily, I make my own ejuice so I didn’t mind trashing the bottle. Kind of upset about the money though. I rated 2 stars because wife said the place is super chill and looks good inside. As I previously stated, there was a strong chemical smell (which is very wrong) and barely any flavor. I wrote the review in the hopes that people see it and take the time to test your expensive house juices before leaving the store.
