Dunkin' — Restaurant in Vineland

This Dunkin opened right about the same time we moved to this area so we frequented it a lot in the beginning. The incorrect orders and coffee drinks started right off the bat, large iced coffees that clearly were all cream and syrup and no coffee. Tasty, sure, but not what I was paying for. Especially since we were ordering extra espresso shots. We quickly stopped doing that since it was a waste of money.

Eventually we stopped going here for a while thinking maybe it was just growing pains, since it was a new location. However, every time we have tried in the 2 years since then has been hit or miss at best, and the staff have been unfriendly when presented with their mistakes. I ordered a 10-piece munchkin and saw there were only 8, when I said “there’s only 8 in here” the girl at the window just looked at me and said “ok?” And I had to say “can you please give me two more since it’s a 10-piece?”

Yesterday we tried again and got chai teas and again it was like warm milk that had been adjacent to chai tea. The la croix of chai tea. There was almost no flavor at all. I just dumped it out and took the L for having any faith that this location would be anything other than a huge disappointment.

Take my advice and take the extra few minutes to go to the one across town at 975 Main. The store itself is older and looks dingy but they have always gotten my order right and are not...

I like everyone else in the area was happy to welcome Dunkin’ to this side of town. However, the service is terrible. Orders are constantly wrong, long waits, and an inattentive staff of young adults who clearly do not care. Food quality is on par with all Dunkin’s which is mediocre at best. This is the only Dunkin location where I constantly find coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup. From my experience, it is rare for a Dunkin to mess up an order, but so far it has happened numerous times at this location. Please hire attentive employees!

Update to my original review. How is it possible that this place gets worse? Ordered a coffee today, it had so much cream that you couldn’t even taste the coffee. Most of the frosting on my donut was on the paper, this is what you get when you just throw a donut in a bag. The service has gotten worse and slower.

Updates 12/6/24…. Walked inside to purchase the $6 meal deal. The floor was dirty and I could feel myself slipping on the sugar all over the floor. the service continues to be super slow which is attributed to staffing levels. Also watched the girl with orange hair use her mouth to open a packet of honey to pour into a drink. My bagel was stale, dry, and hard… I can only assume it is leftover from the previous day.

The franchise owner really needs to step in...

EDIT: (1 Star November 2022) I didn't want to edit my review until I've had more than 3 bad experiences. Service is terrible majority of the time. Employees have attitudes, are rude, and don't make products as described on app. If I request a specific item without changing anything please don't skimp me of my toppings, I want it made as described. If you don't have said topping please let me know before pulling up to pay (that's all I ask, just communicate). I have been told numerous times they can't make sandwiches or I can't have donuts because they don't have the staff available. I understand not having staff available but please put a sigh out before I get stuck in the line and get blocked by other cars). I don't know if the gentleman is working at this location anymore but only one guy there was ever friendly and polite I wish I knew his name. Someone please fix these issues... Idk what is happening but it's frustrating.
