Dunkin' — Restaurant in Vineland

This is the worse Dunkin' Donuts I have been to thus far. I work down the street from this location and I visit this establishment at least 3-4 times a week. The employees are rude, miserable, and quite unpleasant. They never say good morning, hello, thank you, you welcome, or have a nice day when ordering, purchasing, or receiving goods. Today, is my last day returning to this location, I can no longer endure their ignorance. I prefer the locations on Delsea Dr anyway. Unfortunately, these locations are out of my way, but they are worth the drive. At least, I will feel more welcome. The one closer to the Cumberland Mall is quite pleasant...My chief complaint regarding all Dunkin Donuts establishments is the dire need for enclosed cases to protect their baked goods from flies and other insects. Ultimately, I only purchase baked goods in the winter when all the flies are inactive or died. On several occasions, I have witnessed insect activity directly on or around the food. Most employees either ignore the situation or blatantly don't care. Please make future upgrades to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.. Just left the Main Rd location in Vineland. First, the girl working the drive thru said they were out of iced coffee but was quickly corrected by a co worker. I also ordered a medium vanilla bean coollatta. Took way to long to get what was supposed to be the coollatta. She handed me an frozen coffee drink with whipped cream on it. Told her what the drink was supposed to be and her response was that they don’t have vanilla coollatta. She had no problem saying they were out of iced coffee (when they weren’t) so why not say they were out of vanilla coollattas (which I highly doubt they were). The staff were all dressed like slobs. well i went through the drive through a couple nights ago and the guy start raising his voice at me bc i couldn’t understand what he was say (keep in mind i was talking in a very polite matter) and it took me everything i had not to flip on the man, and just today my girlfriend went there before her shift and tried to be nice and buy the person behind her’s coffee, she gave the man at the window enough for the women behind’s coffee and pulled up and saw the man charge the women despite my gf paying for it already... dunkin’ donuts, i highly suggest you reconsider who you have working there, it’s stupid stuff like this that aggravates me, and trust me i will not be visiting this location anymore until i see that something is done about the staff you...
