McDonald's — Restaurant in Vineland

Totally terrible service. I waited in the drive through after placing my order for at least 17 minutes. (Definitely longer, but I didn’t start timing right away) while I am waiting at window #2 I see two young ladies laughing at each other. Continuously chatting my entire wait. Then I am handed two beverages by one of the young ladies. I say that I ordered a large coke only. The cashier says “oh um I charged you for a sprite too do you want it anyway?” So I take it out of frustration. Then she hands me this greasey torn bag. I look at her in total shock. She says have a nice night. I look in the bag to make sure I have the food for everyone. I am missing a French fry order. I say to her that I am missing this item. Her response “oh um I can charge you for one because I didn’t earlier.” In frustration I say no and tell my son he doesn’t get fries because the lady was too busy goofing off instead of focusing on her job. When I arrive home which is literally 2 minutes from this location. The side order of Mac sauce is dripping all over the “chicken nugget box” That was used. And on the bottom of my bag. The one order of French fries I did receive were so cold. The order of chicken tenders with sweet and sour sauce came in the proper packaging but no sauce. Uggggg beyond frustrated. What happened to quality control??? Sadly, we get take out often this time of year due to my sons sports schedule. Since this location is close to our home we stop there at a minimum of 2-3 weekly. The past two weeks the same staff has been there and not one order has been right. But tonight blows my mind !!!!! Guaranteed we will not be back to this location after our 4 nights...

THIEVES STOLE MY MONEY!!! 8/13/24 placed a breakfast mobile order just a few minutes before they started lunch and paid through the app. They take my order # at the speaker, and when I get to the window, they tell me they don't have any round eggs for my sausage mcmuffin. So gross. I don't know why they didn't tell me that at the speaker. I was already running late and the line was so slow it took another 8 minutes just to get through it when I got to the window and was told about the egg, now 1 minute before breakfast was over, I asked the girl to cancel my order she told me she didn't know if she could. What do you mean you can't cancel my order?? Then I asked if I could have a cheeseburger instead and was told no because it was 1 minute before breakfast was over. I didn't have any more time to wait for them to change over to lunch. I I told her I was late and repeated cancel my order. I didn't receive any items, and these $ 15-hour geniuses can't cancel my order?? They charged my credit card anyway!!!! As soon as it was posted, I disputed it. (And won). Lost a customer over $4.79. Disgraceful how many other people's money do you steal? I didn't even receive the items!! Thieves. I wish I could steal your stars bc you deserve none.

Worst McDonald every back in the day it used to be okay it was never great but i ordered a uber eats from this McDonald a Large chocolate milkshake for my son and 10 peice large nugget meal they forgot the whole meal and only gave the driver the drinks and when i called to complain someone picked up the phone and hung up. If your in the area save your self some time and go to the wendys down the street atleast if u order from them youll get your food. I have been going to this location since i was a KID and they could never get a simple order right i cant think of one time ive been here recently where i havent had to drive back to get my order right. the only reason this store is probably even somewhat profitable is probably cuz its in a good location with lots of traffic theirs like 3 more mcdonalds in town pick literally anyone of them instead if you really want micky dees. i dont even write reviews but thats how bad this store is that i wrote a long as rant like this. Honestly your money would be better off thrown in the trash then getting food here.
