Michael's Pizza — Restaurant in Vineland

I would actually give 0. Stars customer service in this place is a joke I ordered pizza and then I repeated my order four times to the girl she couldn’t get it right from the beginning I knew something would be wrong then it takes an hour and 20 minutes to get delivered which they never mentioned it would take this long then pizza gets here and we start eating the pizza we noticed it was the wrong pizza so I called the pizzeria and they said they’re sorry they noticed it was their mistake so they end up telling me they’re going to send me the one I originally ordered at this point 5 slices had been partially been eaten and bitten. after the lady gets here she ask for the other pizza back that was the most stupidest thing ever at that point my family had touched the pizza and bit a few slices they fell to mentioned to me that they wanted to old one back like who does that so they refused to give me the pizza I originally order I would never buy or refer anyone I personally know to eat here the customer service was a joke the guy Carlos who I talked has no customer service skills whatsoever 0...

Here I went, giving them another shot because my son really likes their pizza.. Placed an order through GrubHub after calling and asking a question about the item.. Confirmed that a full Sicilian party tray was 24 slices.. Immediately after ordering that on Grubhub, the owner called me and attempted to get more money from me claiming that ‘GrubHub listed the wrong prices’.. Stating that what I ordered would be significantly more than what I paid.. I told them on the phone that I wish to cancel the order and immediately tried to cancel the order through GrubHub.. They claimed they would not allow me to refund it.. so I had to have customer care contact the restaurant, and GrubHub stated that it is the merchants responsibility to ensure their prices are correct. I have my favorite “go to spots” since I moved to Vineland about 10 years ago and haven’t strayed from them much. However after working a 12 hour day I was craving an Italian sub. So I googled “best Italian subs in Vineland” and Michael’s came up in the top few. So I ordered one and it didn’t disappoint. If may have just been the best I’ve ever had. For me it all starts with the roll. Well the roll was fantastic! And for a Sunday? Most bakery’s are closed on Wed and Sunday… just a tip. This was fresh and better than an AC roll but similar. It was packed exactly like I like the meat. The onions were sweet, I’m guessing Jersey tomatoes, and it really blew me away. I couldn’t even finish it! However I don’t see it making it through the night. On a scale of 1-10 it was clearly a 10! Wow, great job Michael’s. I can’t wait to try...
