Queen Restaurant ll — Restaurant in Vineland

I ate there for the first time since they opened today and I was impressed. It is clean, bright, and renovated. The waitress was friendly, and on the ball as well as the others who work there. I had the lobster ravioli's. One could order soup or salad, I chose the salad, rolls came with it as well dessert, pudding or ice cream. The salad was large and so fresh and crisp. The rolls were fresh and warm. The lobster ravioli had plenty of sauce and it was all so very good. For dessert I had ice cream and they had a wide variety and I was surprised with how large a dish of ice cream they served with plenty of whipped cream on top. They were not stingy with the amount of food that they served and my meal was only $15.00 plus tax which I thought was very reasonable for what I got. I don't think their menu lacked anything. They served all kinds of pasta dishes, hoagies, sandwiches, hamburgers, numerous vegetable entrees , beef, they had everything. As a looked around the restaurant at the variety of meals that were being served all of the portions were large. We live a few minutes away and have eaten here, mostly for breakfast, a number of times. Today, Monday August 8, 2022 I took a friend there for lunch - his first time. We both decided to get the Eggs Benedict. When we told our server she said that she'd have to check - they might be out of English Muffins. My friend and I decided that if they were out, we'd drive across the street to a Shop-Rite and get a pack. Our server came back and said they were indeed, out BUT - they had sent their busboy to the Shop-Rite to get a pack. I'm in my 60's and eat out often but I have NEVER had a restaurant do anything close to this for me.

So, in addition to having excellent food, they are amazing people - the kind of people I want to do business with. I highly recommend the Queen Restaurant II...

Wife and I went for dinner got the veggie soup - very bland She got the Dijon chicken panini also very bland, tomatoes were bad - it’s tomato season in Jersey. I ordered the chicken solvaki wrap menu indicates it comes with onion, no onions on it so I ask for them. They charged me for the onions! I will gladly pay extra for items that I request but not when they just deliberately didn’t put them in there. Double checked the menu, they indeed are supposed to be.
