We drove up this way all the way from Coweta Oklahoma so a good 1.5 hour drive so our kids could dine at one of the worlds largest McDonald’s and see the will rogers statue while overlooking the highway, while here I decided to get subway instead of McDonald’s, the guy that took my order was rude as I was standing at the register and I guess I’m suppose to stand on the other side but it was the 1st time I’ve been there so I didn’t know. I had been waiting there for 5 minutes when he told me the line starts on the left and someone else had just got in line there so I had to get back in line behind them. When it was my turn I asked for a toasted double meatball sub, the guy that took my order was a heavy set white guy his hair was longer pulled back with facial hair told me if I ordered that it would fall apart, I told him I always order this and it will be fine, he then told me well it’s going to fall apart on you, to which I told him okay just give me whatever you want then since I wasn’t going to argue back n forth with him there was a line behind us and I felt embarrassed already with him trying to correct my order on top of correcting where I was standing. I got my order and it wasn’t even toasted like I had asked and there was 3 1/2 meatballs on it. I’ve ordered a double meatball sub for 25 years from subway and this was the 1st subway I had ever went to that had an issue with my order. I don’t recommend this subway, the guy has no customer service skills, he wasn’t nice we never got a hello, the 1st thing out of his mouth was him correcting where I was standing making me loose my place in line, he literally took time to argue with a customer on what they wanted to order, he clearly doesn’t want to be there by his attitude and the way he treated customers. My 10 year old would be a better employee then that guy. On top of this poor customer service I received, the place is absolutely filthy the floor looks like it’s never been swept or mopped there’s food & debris under all the tables, all the tables had crumbs and food on top, the windows have crumbs and dust, the subway glass in front of the food was filthy! Hopefully I don’t get...
Read moreI arrived @ 3:50 pm. I saw that the young lady without glasses had just taken a batch of Italian Herb and Cheese bread or of the oven. I waited around for another 2-3 minutes without any acknowledgment whatsoever. Once the other worker with glasses acknowledged me I asked the former worker what was the bread she had taken out of the oven to which she replied Italian Herb and Cheese bread to which I replied I'll have that. The second worker with the glasses reached for bread which isn't come out of the oven to which I asked how long the bread she had reached for been out of the oven to which she replied this morning, so I replied to her that it's the afternoon and that is like the fresh bread that had just been baked to which she replied that the bread that had been baked this morning was still fresh and that she wasn't going to touch the bread that had been taken out of the oven. I told her nevermind and walked away because I spend too much money as a trucker on Subway to have to force them to give me quality service and product. I recommend anyone passing thru looking for quality service and food product to go somewhere else and to not bother with this establishment...
