I told one of the managers that I wouldn’t post a bad review but when the second visit on the same day was bad apparently talking didn’t solve anything because if it did it would’ve been corrected. The Manager that I talked a little with was not thrilled with what I had to say in other words their was no emotion there he was completely blank. If you want to fix this problem then I suggest you fix the ladder when you hire people train them on the equipment that they will be using, managers need to step up and do there job if an employee is acting out disciplinary action needs to be enforced you can’t blame it all on the employees when management is allowing this behavior to continue. FYI I’m a manager in training with a different fast food company in a different state I know how to fix this problem. It’s a lot of hard work and dedication to run a business smoothly.
Here’s my first experience at this establishment my wife and I ordered the 2 for $4 single burgers and the 2 for $5 double burgers when our burgers were ready and served to us we could tell as soon as we touched the burgers that they were cold all 4 were cold so I gave the burgers back to the cashier and told her they were cold so we waited for the remake to come out after the remakes came out I couldn’t believe what I was served out of 4 sandwiches 1 burger was made correctly the other 3 were cold and raw in the middle after that I just walked up to the counter and asked to see the manager I proceeded to tell the manager about what I experienced with my order and asked for a partial refund the shakes were good I only asked for the 3 burgers to be refunded. He apologized for the bad experience and told me to come back again. I told the manager on duty that I was going to return again but later to pick up 2 parfait for a friend and his son I was visiting.
My second visit was the same day just 3-4 hours later and instead of going in I went through drive-thru we ordered the 2 peanut buster parfaits and my wife ordered the peanut butter pie blizzard which I’m pretty sure is not on the menu and instead of them correcting her order they gave her a snickers blizzard my wife can’t eat the nuts and she hates Carmel she was very livid at this point.

Read moreMy family and I frequent this Dairy Queen quite often and up until the past few months it’s always been quick, hot, and delicious. However, I’m not sure if management has left, they’ve seen a lot of turnover, or what the issue is, but over the past few months it has gotten absolutely terrible. Slow service, cold food, and incorrect orders. Tonight I went through the drive thru to pick up dinner. 3 meals with burgers, 2 fries, and onion rings. I received 3 orders of fries, onion rings, and 2 burgers. No big deal, so I go inside (where the floors were so sticky my sandal literally stuck to the floor) let them know and then watched the worker take a clearly old burger and microwave it before bagging it and giving it to me. I asked her “Did you just microwave that?!” To which she said “Yes, we microwave all of our burgers.” Huh ok, good to know, Disgusting, but good to know. Get home and the 3 fries were cold and soggy and half filled, so really only 2 fries, one of the burgers was not supposed to have onion or pickle, it had both, and one of the burgers wasn’t even the right sandwich. Read moreI'm currently still in the drive thru. Its been about 28 minutes now. What sucks is that once your in line you can't pull out. They literally took about 10 minutes in between the first two cars orders. When I finally got to the order screen I was put on hold for a few minutes just like everyone else in front of me. When the lady finally took my order she thought it would be funny to be a smartie pants. I asked for a brownie batter blizzard. She said they stopped selling them years ago. I read the screen and saw a blizzard with brownie so I said I'll take a brownie blizzard. She said they don't sell those. I literally had to read the screen word for word. Ultimate royal chocolate brownie blizzard. Seriously. Not that I wasn't already pissed off from the wait but her also being rude about it.
