We placed an order around 7:45am on a Sunday morning, and it was to be available by 8:15. The four drinks we ordered were not completed until 8:50am. The barista was completing orders for customers walking in rather than what had already been ordered. There should have been additional help and the orders should be fulfilled as they are placed. Gotta get rid of Bob. He has no business making drinks. Took him 10min to make two drinks while the younger kid working made 5. Put him on the register or get rid of him. Already have to pay $5 for just ok coffee...shouldn’t have to wait that long in addition to it. My caramel macchiato tastes like he didn’t use caramel also.
