This is first time I've had Wendy's with this horrid of service. As the closest food spot to grab a quick bite while assisting with music events across the street at the high school, I figured it shouldn't take too long. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Arriving and seeing the drive-thru line wrapped around the building, I thought "Hey, it's a Saturday afternoon with hungry parents waiting in-between their students' performances, of course it would be busy.", but oh no, the service was just that slow. From the cashier - Simyra, at the front counter with a lime green head scarf, and clothing definitely not in uniform with the standards of Wendy's Company - who made it very clear that she couldn't be "happier to go home", to the utter lack of professionalism from the rest of the staff; I'm surprised this location gets any business at all. Only one kiosk was working; and customers in the drive-thru were getting skimped on fries purposefully by the team members. Seriously, who puts fries in the Large container then dump out half and put them in the bag? After waiting in-line inside for almost 20 minutes beyond patiently, and noticing 8 customers walk out to find something else to eat; I finally decided to just order my food at the kiosk since the cashier chose not to take my order and made every effort to ignore me as well as the other customers. Yes, I know I could've gone elsewhere, but I was already here and hoped something would click in their minds and things would turn around for the better. As I waited for my food, the cashier threw my cup on the counter causing it to slide off on the floor with her reluctantly setting a second cup out. Thankfully I received a decent amount of fries for a Medium, but then the lady making the sandwiches, who seemed to be the shift manager, slammed my burgers and the other customers' burgers on the counter in attempt to squish them. Normally, I do not want to leave bad reviews on restaurants' pages as someone who loves food and tasting items from different cultures, etc., but as my first job in high school was Wendy's, this left a really bad taste in my mouth. I just want to know what happened to the customer for this company. "Quality Is Our Recipe" is what I was taught when I worked there and I hope the company hasn't forgotten that. I just wanted a two (2) Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers (no cheese), a Medium fry, and Ginger Ale. Read moreWow, where to start. When we walked in, someone had to yell out there were people up front. The girl taking our order was as slow as can be and looked sloppy and unprofessional. It then took several minutes to get our food. We had to send back our fries because they were cold. The chili served to us was ice cold. The meat on my sandwich was cold, dry, and tasted old, the bun was stale and hard as a rock! When you get lettuce on any sandwich, they always give you the big white vein part of the leaf. Now to the cleanliness of this store! How disgusting!! There’s a nasty film on the floors, it’s extremely slippery and dangerous to customers. The kitchen is a disaster and unorganized, and the bathrooms look like they’ve not been cleaned for weeks. I would like to say this is a first, but it’s not. We visit this location multiple times a month because it’s the only fast food restaurant close. Today was the first time in 6 months they’ve had cherry syrup for the soda machine. One visit they only had Diet Coke, nothing else. Last, they had their ketchup dispensers taken apart and sitting on the counter by the soda machine. Read moreI'll start off by saying I used to work here and I am disappointed. I ordered food here today around 7pm and the sandwichs were good but the fries were horrible. We placed the order inside the place it is digusting. The lobby was the worst of it as I can see. The 2 people up front did not even acknowledge us. One of the people why he was wearing sunglasses indoor I do not know why he has to wear them indoors. And as well he was very unprofessional, mainly talking to his friend. And the person taking orders for the drive thru was eating nuggets in front of customers. The sandwich maker was very nice.
If Todd or Josh the district managers when I was there saw this. They would be very disappointed. Wendys corporate please take a look at this. This evening the store was a disaster and I think your drink machine needs worked on too.
