HeiTang Bubble Milk Tea — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

We recently utilized the venue offered by Heitang bubble milk tea by Elsie for our Family Christmas Party. Their location is situated at 4221 Pleasant Valley Road, Suite 132, Virginia Beach, 23464. The room provided was ideally sized for our event, and all attendees thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine prepared by the restaurant. Everything was freshly prepared, and they provided all necessary amenities, including tables, chairs, and additional facilities. It is an excellent choice for any party event or group gathering. The children also ordered bubble milk tea and smoothies, which were delicious. I highly recommend supporting this local business, as they offer exceptional food and outstanding service. We will undoubtedly return. I would like to commend them on their outstanding customer service, affordable pricing, consistency, clean ambiance, entertaining sing-along karaoke, and excellent dining accommodations - all of which were well worth it. We stopped here for the first time today. We enjoyed the games at all of the tables and the fun art on the walls.

The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, which you don't seem to always see these days. We appreciated the personal interaction when we were ordering and as we were leaving.

Based on today, I wouldn't consider it a fast run in to grab a drink and go place if you are in a hurry, but that was fine for us. We had to wait a little bit for the previous customer's drinks to be finished before we could place our order since there was only one person working, but we spent our time figuring out the menu and checking out the games so it wasn't a problem. :)

We enjoyed both of our drinks, although we will try different ones next time to find one we really loved.

I’ve been here about 5 or 6 times with my boyfriend. I wanted to try all the flavors and we loved all of them! Obviously we have favorites, but I love brown sugar style boba and I don’t know anywhere else around here where you can get all the flavors sweetened this way. I wish they had a larger sized option, it’s so good! The owner is nice and I know the place is sort of tucked away but it’s worth it! I will keep coming here! Someone else commented that they needed more flavors but I don’t think so, they have all the basics that everyone loves plus a few uncommon flavors like strawberry. If you ask they will make it without tea as well for a caffeine free version. Thank you for being my new go to...
