They need to go back to you telling them what you want on your Sub so you can watch them make it. The past two times I have gone someone had to have been reading two different orders because I got stuff on my sub i did not have on my receipt. The first time they omitted just about everything i asked for and put stuff on it i would never eat. This time not only did they put the mayo and mustard on my sub but something sweet too which is just gross. They did fix my first sub, not going back for the second one. Figured I would try again and they still cant make the sandwich right. Today they decided I didn't need pickles. The same person has made my sub all 3 times. Posted this 9 months ago same person made my sub today. You order by Kiosk, its all right there on the screen and my receipt. Paid an extra $1.50 for Mozzarella but they can't be bothered to put it on my damn sandwich. I am just going to have to start tearing my sandwich apart before i leave the store since these people can't read a screen where everything is displayed. You cant really watch them make the sandwiches anymore either because of where the toaster ovens are now. UNACCETABLE these people need more training...
