Subway — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Ordered a sandwich. The employee helping me put the wrong dressing on it. The employee, she started to argue about what was supposed to be on the sandwich. I just didn't want/order mayo. Another employee started making me a new sandwich and just throwing things into the bread, leaving hills and valleys of meant and cheese all over the sandwich. So I just asked for a refund instead of a new sandwich, and the supervisor at the time, debating why she should give me a refund. Calls her supervisor and told them I only wanted the refund because I didn't like how the others made the sandwich, not mentioning initially that the had made mistakes on the first sandwich. Issued me a refund, and as I walked away, could hear the supervisor there mocking me and making fun of my decision to simply ask for a refund. The employee who made my sandwich apologized, and wished me a good day, contrast to the supervisor mocking me out the door....

So foods fine and all but the staff is weird. They were having a very loud conversation about the taste of peoples “private areas” while making sandwiches and it was really gross and uncomfortable. Also on a separate occasion one of the staff member loudly talked about how much they hate this guys order, in front of the guy, but like he wasn’t there because we order on iPads. I asked for extra garlic aïoli and they gave me the least amount possible on my sub. There was maybe 1 drop of aioli on the entire 12” sub. The pepperoni and salami also looked and smelled weird.
