Don't waste your time or money with this place! I have been to a bunch of Arby's in my life, and this one used to be one of the best, but this one was absolutely junk!! They have 2 signs hanging in their windows..The one that you see as you first pull in says, "Due to staffing shortage, we are closed." As you drive past the doors, the other sign says, "Drive-thru only." Well, with 4 cars in the drive-thru, I figured I'd take my chances. 10 minutes later, it was finally my turn. The girl at the speaker was incredibly rude with a greeting of, "What do you want?" No hi, no welcome. I started to place my order with a request for the orange cream milkshake. Before I could even finish my sentence, she interrupted me with a rather blunt, "Our shake machines aren't working." So far so bad. Then I proceeded to potato cakes. Another rude interruption of, "We don't sell those anymore." Great. 2 for 2. Let's try something simple. Original beef and cheddar. Ok. I had a QR code for an original roast beef sandwich which I got for setting up an email account, so I told Ms Snotty that I had that to which she answered, "What size?" Ummm..I didn't know the original roast beef had more than 1 size! I just said to give me whatever size was free! Oh, boyfriend wanted a salad so I tacked that on too. When I got to the register, some guy, maybe the manager? said $14.82. Really?!?! For a sandwich and a salad?!?! Before I ever gave him a penny, I made extra sure I showed him the QR code. Then I paid. I had to ask for horsey sauce and BBQ sauce. He was going to give me 2, but I told him I needed at least 4 per sandwich. No shakes, no potato cakes, and no manners!! The food was sub-par, and it most definitely was not worth the trip!! Wish I hadn't wasted my...

Been going to this Arby’s for year and have developed great relationships with all of the employees like Debbie(which is now retired), Lisa, Katie, and Lauren all of which have treated me like gold. Recently I have seen a new manager (short, black hair and tattoos on her forearms) which I have yet to catch her name. Both time I have been helped by this manager I have witnessed a horrible service and seen my food almost thrown in my direction. The reason I am writing this below average review is because of her. Today I saw her get short and reprimand Lisa for a simple and common mistakes. For a manager to make a show like she did to one of her employees leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. As a manager myself I see no need to reprimand employees in front of paying and well known customers. Bad attitudes and lack of good service will cause me and my fellow employees to no longer receive service from this location. The attitude can be felt thru out the store but can also be recognized by fellow guests. Please fix this problem before it gets worse then it already is.

Thank...

This review is only for today Sunday at 4pm April 2 for the location on Jefferson Davis. They've always been a pretty decent spot and never had issues in the past. However today was different. Sign was posted that the dining room was closed due to staff shortage. However, were letting ppl in through one of the entrances and already had ppl dining (about 5 families) so i proceeded to walk toward the opposite door thinking maybe this sign wasn't taken down from earlier. But I was wrong and had one of the employees act like a jerk and assert an attitude by pointing to the sign like I was blind, so I took the over-the- top hint that I was not going to be let in after just letting in 2 other customers...so I proceed to drive thru. Now they inform me they are out of Rotisserie completely for the day. I'm not sure I wanna come back. Don't wanna be insulted again or waste my time if you're gonna have inventory...

Chicken appears raw, very pink inside. The on duty manager told me it was cooked by computer, not human error and that he guaranteed it was ok to eat. Well I told him..people eat with their eyes. Therefore, even if it's done, no one wants to eat pink chicken knowing that usually eating pink chicken is a sign of being undercooked. The manager was very polite and apologized, he even offered me another dinner but atp if the computer is cooking it, I don't want it. These issues causes an inconvenience because no one has time to be doubling back to get food when they're on their way to work. Now I'm at work with no lunch. Lastly, this isn't the first time and I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but I won't be going back to this particular location. This location is the only one that gives me pink chicken and tells me it's ok to eat.

Arby's employees are rushing to fast they don't take the time to toast the buns for the roast beef sandwiches. It's not the first time. You want to give excellent customer service. Do not give up on the details! Feb 7, 2024 I haven't been to Arby's in a long time. I've taken my wife to Dr. appt. She's, not feeling 100% after. She decided we to go to Arby's on the way home. Were in the drive-thru ordering 2 Roast Beef with Cheddar, 2 Curly fries, and 2 Lemonade. Everything looked fine until we got home my wife spoke about the small quantity of curly fries she poured out to share with our 3-year-old son. What came out was deep-fryer trash. What is that??? I don't know!!!! Curly fries straight into the trash. This is the reason why I've cut back and cut out some fast-food restaurants. There is another one added to the list.

My family loves the food here but the prices keep going up to a point that its difficult to justify $40 for 3 or 4 people to eat when there are other options available that are more affordable. Updated visit. This place has messed up several orders of late. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, she just got an attitude. The DT is terribly backed and the staff is becoming very apathetic towards their customers.
