Haven't been to an Arby's since the 80's. Mid errand run had my wife and I stop in here. Downloaded the app for discounts. The staff at the counter were professional but they didn't know how to process the $3 off $10 app coupon which when redeemed in the store shows up as a QR code that needs scanned. After some back & forth with the manager (?) "they had me covered" and our order was in. Discount was -$4.29!! Humm? Inside the restaurant was clean. The chicken ranch sandwiches were good as was the hush puppy fish. Note: You get 3 small fish fingers, so as with most food advertising photos, it doesn't look like the picture. I requested an additional tarter sauce and was told they are all out. You're serving fish. Humm? The kringle fries were marginal and lacked any taste.
*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous un-discriptive terms like OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? Read moreVery clean Arby's location with incredibly friendly service. While a I've found that most fast food locations can vary from cook to cook in terms of quality and appearance, the food is very consistent in terms of preparation. I've been coming here since I was a child, and feel as if this location represents one of the top fast food restaurants in the area. The only negative I can cite would be how terribly slow their drive-thru window is (Lord help you if you're in a hurry, especially if their is any line whatsoever). However, the food and customer service at this store make it more than worthwhile to sit through the tedium of the outside ordering process. Partially making up for the long time spent sitting in the drive-thru, on multiple occasions I've been the recipient of the staff providing free cookies in consideration of the long interval between ordering, payment, and actually receiving my food. Just keep in mind that if you're truly pressed for time it is usually faster to run inside for take out in lieu of braving the outside line. Normally I would feel compelled to take a star for the sometimes ridiculous window wait, but I'll leave all five in place as the rest of the package at this Arby's location really...
Read moreI ordered delivery from Arby’s through DoorDash. I have ordered through DoorDash numerous times and have never had an issue. Today I ordered and when the food got here it was the completely wrong order. Not to mention the food was ice cold. Now I know it would be easy to blame the DoorDash person, but that just isn’t the case here. I call Arby’s and the girl already knew exactly what I was calling for. She placed blame on the DoorDasher. She said she picked up the wrong order. I asked her if I could just come and pick up the correct order and she said no. I had to contact DoorDash. So I get the wrong order and they can’t fix it? That just doesn’t make sense to me. I spoke with the DoorDasher and she said when she got there she told them she was picking up a order for Kayla and showed them the order on the phone. They obviously gave her the wrong one. I’m not saying she shouldn’t have been more thorough with checking because she should have, but at the end of the day this was awful customer service on Arby’s part. They knew what the issue was and still refused to fix it. I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted the correct order. I will not be going back to this location or any Arby’s for a long time.
