Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia

I give this place a one star because I can't give zero stars. Wife and I ordered and wanted shakes with combos instead of fountain drinks. Lady taking our order did not know how to make that substitute. Take her a while to get it done. Then I asked if they gave Police Officer's a discount? Cashier said yes, went and asked the manager, TWICE as she said that the drive thru took priority and we could wait. After coming over finally, the manager said we only give a discount to Police in uniform and who are carrying a fire arm. I said I'm an officer and I'm carrying. She said this time ok, it you are not in uniform. When is an officer not an officer when carrying a fire arm? Should've went to Chick Fil A. They honor ALL Who have served , and are serving. Law enforcement, Fire, EMS. They rock. So, got food at down, place was dirty and this was 1930hrs. Only one other person in lobby besides wife and myself. Food on floor, tables dirty. Found a clean table, whew. Starting eating food, it all was cold except for my grandsons chicken tenders. Wifes roast beef was colder then it was outside and dried up too. My food was cold, tasteless and hardly any bbq sauce on it. Bun was stale too. My family will not be back nor my friends. No one should go there, I'd rather starve honestly. Piss poor all around. Not impressed at all. They should call it HARDLEY'S, cause not ARBY'S, because I will hardly. Make a showing there. I could have a flat tire and waiting for a tow for days. I got fired for defending my self ( a minor ) from a 21 year old co worker who hit me and was threatening to kill me , management was awful hired new people and payed them more then the people who already worked there food is actually cheeks , not allowed to leave during break, scheduling was unorganized and awful it was my first job and they had me working 30+ hours working almost everyday on a school week from 4-10:30 which ended up being 11:30 almost 12 every night and weekends it was 4-11:30 so I didn’t get home till like 12:45 worker named Dennis who worked in the kitchen served food on many occasions that had fallen on the floor and laughed about it after they had left there was hella flys in the back , meat stayed in the oven for like 3 days at a time , nobody actually cleaned/cleans the trays they just put water on it and put a new paper thing on it, women’s bathroom is disgusting someone kept peeing in the trash can Big racoon problem in the dumpsters Employees took many “bathroom breaks” But they were just juuling in the bathroom If there was a messed up an order and we had an extra sandwich no matter how long it was sitting there if someone else can and ordered that sandwich they would give them the old one Managers were hella rude to customers...

Heat Index 112 outside and threatening to call police on a paying customer is criminal and unethical. There is no compassion for the vulnerable individuals at this location. They took money from a vulnerable and destitute individual on a day with a record breaking heat wave in the area and no food. After the threats from management, who could even attempt to choke down the horrible food anyway.. The only justice is me serving them with this horrible and truthful review. The customer was lied to after paying for a meal that was never received. Mark Taylor & Kim Claytor are the worst, most reckless human beings.
