If I could give less stars I would. I've been here a few times now, including today (still sitting in parking lot eating my sandwich.)
Every time I ask for Arbys sauce and either get only 1 package (not nearly enough for a meal) or none at all... today I got none! Now... I am up and working well before it's even light out, work my butt off and try to get a late lunch and head home to do house work and maybe catch a nap before my husband gets home from work... basically, I have little patience for ignorance...
Today I finally decided to go into the building and ask for sauce rather than just go with out. I walk in, there is one person being helped at the counter by an employee... while a second employee stands there playing on their CELL PHONE... rather than helping the next customer (me). After the other lady is done helping the first person, she just walks away and leaves the counter... leaving "cell phone girl" standing there playing away on her phone. Finally, the drive through window cashier sees me standing there (at this point I've been standing there for a while) walks over and asks what I need... I tell him, he then gives me an annoyed look and shoves a few packs of sauce into my hand and abruptly power walks away... the entire building was empty except for me, the old man that was at the counter when I walked in and all of the staff... yet the service would suggest there are 100 people in there all at once.... but instead of rushing around trying to do a good job, everyone just stands there ignoring you and staring into space... or playing on their cell phones... again, I have no patience for ignorance...
Read moreThe food is good and hot. I mark points off for two reasons.
First, they stopped keeping unsweet tea in the lobby. Used to be there for years. One day all tea was gone. The Manager said the containers were broken and they would get new ones. When that finally happened it was only sweet tea. If you want a boatload of sugar have all you want. No sugar, jump through hoops and beg the counter staff to get you some.
Second, I think this place is under new management and all they play, loudly, on the radio is a channel that has sermons on it, with the occasional song. I don't need or want a sermon with my lunch. When I want that I am not going to my local Arby's to get it. What's wrong with some classical or generic music, not blasting at full volume, like we had before?
If I want Arby's drive thru it is or go to...
Read moreThe next time someone answers "NO" to your promotional sandwich, and then CORRECTS YOU when you ring up your promotional sandwich instead of the sandwich that was actually ordered, DON'T stick that same promotional sandwich in the customers bag!!!
You had a total of THREE consecutive customers at your drive through... HOW HARD is it to fulfill the order CORRECTLY???
And just FYI, the Hawaiian BBQ sandwich is disgusting -- I asked for the smokehouse brisket. Seriously ... pickles and BBQ sauce? Who does that? I ate it simply because I don't have time to go return it. I've got a busy job and don't have time to mess around with incompetence. The McDonald's next door to you will be seeing all of my business from now on.
In general I like Arby's ... but this sort of service...
