Bojangles — Restaurant in Virginia

They constantly mess up my order. I asked for honey mustard and they gave me packets of honey. I asked for a cup of water and the cashier questioned me as to why water and not a different drink, I asked for water because that's what I wanted to drink. Then she asked if I'd like a bottle of water and I said no because the last time I asked for a bottle of water they gave me an up charge (which was naturally expected) but then they didn't even have water bottles. On top of that any other time I ask for a cup of water I usually get a medium sized up but this time I was given a small cup. They also serve extremely slow and they aren't even Courteous when serving. In addition they have severely inappropriate conversations that everyone standing in line can hear. Tried to eat there yesterday in the middle of a frustrating road trip. When I arrived there were 2 cars in the drive through and 3 more in the parking lot at 4 PM on a Sunday. (IOW, they were not busy at all) I sat for 10 minutes behind one car at the ordering station, during which they never took the people's order. Finally I parked and went inside. There appeared to be about three crew members in the restaurant and only two customers. They had almost no food ready on the line other than a few pieces of fried chicken. The cashier was unprofessional and flirting with two teenage boys at the register. After waiting 5 minutes for that to finish, I left and continued driving to another restaurant in Fredericksburg. This was probably the most immaculate Bojangles we've ever eaten at. The cashier was quite friendly, but the nice, older woman working in the dining room was an absolute treat! Everything was wiped down and there wasn't a spot to be found on the floor! She was very helpful in taking our trays even though we walked them over. She immediately wiped them down and sanitized! The restrooms were well-kempt and everything smelled absolutely pleasant. Might have been the cleanest fast food restaurant we've ever been in! Anyhow, the food was fantastic, albeit a tad spicy (but I favor the spice), the fries were delicious, and the chicken sandwich rivaled Popeye's chicken sandwich easily.
