Dodge's Southern Style — Restaurant in Virginia

The table was dirty and no bath rooms working. Brought concern up to lead person abt bathroom , worst customer service experience. Nobody knew POC information I could call district or regional manager info. The lead and male worker went dumb. The lead played gatekeeper wanted to know why I want to talk to manager which I told was not there. Then she shows me a cell phone saying manager on the phone. I said no I'm not talking on anyone else cell phone just unclean. The lead was acting very unprofessional. No bathroom available yet u continue to serve food. Very disrespectful!!!! I'm 66 years old It's how u talk to people. That lead thought I was a kid or her level. That is no customer service. That's lack of training and people skills. That's a big access with any co. If this lead represents Dodge chicken this is one customer and anyone that I know we will no longer patriotize this co. I was so disappointed I went across the the street to Hardy's got chicken and had restroom availability with a clean eating area . Dodge lead said she has been there for 3 yrs. It does not show. You can train a person but not the mindset. No hospitality. I did not eat there after hearing bathroom has been out of order for some time. Respect cost nothing . One never knows who they...

i had a very traumatic and terrible experience tonight. one of the employees, goes by the name "karl" pushed the bathroom door open as i used the bathroom and watched me the entire time. i have never felt so violated in my life. i then called the police, who did nothing about it for it wasnt "important" enough. (voyeurism is a crime in the state of virginia) i plan to press charges against this man, and i am sorry to anyone else who has gone through anything like this. what disappoints me even more is the way the store handled the situation as well as the police, with that being said, i will never go this...

Terrible!!! I bought a 3pc chicken tender meal thursday...6.99 it comes with a drink..i upgraded my drink to a large and she charged me 10.16 ...i went there today and found out a large drink is only .99cent ....why did my meal cost 3.00 more...if anything the upgrade to a large drink with meal should have been no more than .50cent. also asked the clerk how much the apple pies were...she said 1.69 for two..when she rang it up it was 2.48 ...over .75 cent for tax on a item thats 1.69...The chicken tenders were horrible! Thanks Dodge for trying...
