Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Ordered online and a couple minutes after the app said my pizza was ready I walked into the store. I was the only one in there along with 2 employees. I could see there was only 1 pizza box on the “done” shelf and figured it was mine. The guy working behind the counter at the oven asked what my name was and didn’t acknowledge it. He continued to box pizzas from the oven along with knots. I stood there over 5 minutes and he walked past the box that had my pizza in it twice. After he placed 3 other boxed pizzas on the done rack along with several knot bread boxes he reached and handed me mine. I asked why he couldn’t have given me my pizza when I came in and I told him he walked past it twice and didn’t offer to hand it to me. He told me he couldn’t stop production when I questioned him about it and he asked me to leave since I’d paid online. Bad bad customer service. He lost my families business for this Domino’s. He has no idea how to...

Ordered from here and was supposed to get cheesy marinara and this is what we received. Then the pizza came like this as well. Couldn’t even pull it apart and some of it was actually already torn apart. Called to get it fixed and got placed on hold and was told it was because the manager immediately got a headache and had to leave. The other manager I spoke too said she wanted us to bring the stuff back in so they can teach the employees where they went wrong. Obviously common sense would tell anyone that this is all wrong. Horrible service. On the app it shows when your order is complete. Mine had shown that it had been completed for 15 minutes before one of the workers came out and explained that they made the wrong bread and that it would be a little bit longer. For the next 35-40 minutes my girlfriend and I watched 5 workers sitting around on their phones, dancing, laughing and socializing. We even watched another one sit there and start to eat our breadsticks that we had been waiting on. When I received the food it was not only cold but the breadsticks were missing.
