Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

01/09/24 Update:

I decided to give them another chance and ordered on the app. I ordered a hot latte and went through the drive thru. When I got to the window I was handed a drink that was clearly an ice latte with ice in it. I didn't want to deal with sending it back so I took it to avoid a scene. Although it was pretty good I looked at the sticker they put on the side of the cup and it clearly said hot latte which it was not.

I usually like Dunkin but the last three times I went it was not good at all. First time I asked for a Peppermint Mocha Latte and they state their Latte machines are down so I just took a coffee instead. Next time I went I asked for a large Hot Peppermint Mocha Latte and they gave me an original Latte with no flavor at all. Not even a hint of Peppermint. My third visit the other day I asked for a large Peppermint Mocha Latte. The girl taking my order acted like she couldn't hear me and said so you want a coffee right? I said no Large Hot Peppermint Mocha Latte. After getting up to the window the girl asked if I said I wanted it iced. The guy fixing it said see I told you he wanted hot. Then I payed and they gave me a medium drink instead of the large I asked for and it was in a hot...

Edit to add; I stopped ordering the cold brew all together and definitely don't go here as much as I used too. When I do go it's in the early afternoon because of my work schedule so it wouldn't be unusual to me for them to be low or out of cold brew, but everytime I would order it it was terrible. It seemed like they would run low on cold brew and compensate with extra cream rather than just tell me they don't have enough. This would explain my original issue with inconsistency... I switched to regular instead of cold brew and it's been better, but definitely still not an everyday stop like it was a couple years ago for me.

Original review; Needs some work for consistency and accuracy for orders. Pretty much get the wrong thing a third of the time I go there. Certain staff members are great, don't know his name but there's a young guy with dark hair and seems like anytime he's there I get my coffee the way I expect. Others seems to not care, but I've also noticed there are new employees as well so I don't make a fuss. I only do...

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin on and off for 2 years.the Dunkin’s near my house seem to never have issues, but there is always usually something wrong with my order at this location.

My ice coffee NEVER seems to have sugar even tho i ask for liquid sugar ( cause who wants sugar bits in ice coffee?!?) it will be labeled “liquid sugar” but has no sugar.

The line is ALWAYS long because the doors are always locked when i do decide to come in to place my order. So i usually end up McDonald’s next door.

And for some reasons i always get sandwich surprise- i always order an egg and cheese Croissant. But i somehow always get a egg and cheese on a different bread.

I’ve stopped coming because of this, but decided to try again this morning and here we are with something is wrong with my order. The lines is usually so long, but this morning there was no one there and the staff was sitting on their phones so not too sure how my order got messed up. Pretty sad i need to check to ensure i got the right bread for my pretty...
