I ordered an iced vanilla almond milk latte online for 5.81 and walked inside to pick up my order only to find an empty cup on the shelf. This woman Lana told me they don’t have almond milk but she could refund me a dollar for it. I proceeded to tell her I want a refund for the full drink. As I got to the cashier there was another girl there named Sarah who told me she could only refund 5.39. Lana could hardly speak any English and It must’ve been Sarah’s first day because she didn’t know how to work the cash register. Bottom line is, I couldn’t get 5.81 refunded to my account, instead, I gave them 42 cents and walked away with nothing all because they did not have almond milk even though it said THEY DID online. I've had a couple of bad experiences at this store. The first time, I ordered an avocado toast, which I know well from my regular orders at Dunkin', but it tasted spoiled. On another visit, I ordered egg and cheese croissants along with other items, but I only received two croissants but charged for three. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The employees were laughing in my face when they were discussing my issue with the other employee in a different language. In the end, they told me my current order didn’t include the croissants, so they couldn’t do anything about it. This was one of the worst customer service experiences...

They need to change menu description from "Avacado Toast" to "Avacado Bread" as they don't toast it whatsoever. When I've asked for them to "please toast it, like the description" they get defensive and say "oh so you want extra toasted??" to which I reply "no thanks just regular toasted, like it says on the menu". I guess it's my fault as I've ordered this bread the past 2 weeks straight and am disappointed every time. Today the bread wasn't even warm and I picked up right when order was ready.
