Finally had a bit of time to try this newish Dunkin. I wanted to compare their breakfast croissants to other offerings nearby that I’m use to since I’ve only ever had Donuts. First problem, no croissants! They expected me to wait almost 30min for them to cook. So, I settle for a bagel instead which is the second problem. Customers shouldn’t have to settle because of incompetence. I order multiple sandwiches with different meats in each… Third problem! Of course, my order was wrong, they put different meat then I asked. But what of the food I did get? Can I even call it food? Barely. I have never been so off put by the smell and taste of a fast-food place in my life. I have trouble even describing it. It was like a weird burnt almost chemical type smell and slight taste of the same. It was as if someone sprayed down a toaster with cleaning spray and then over toasted the bagel. Absolutely disgusting!! I tried to eat the egg, sausage, and ham, but even they were very boring and had muted flavors. I would beg these people to go try any of their competition to see what favor is supposed to be. The final insult is I couldn’t even complain as no one would answer the phone and it would try to go to a voicemailbox that was full or not set up. So, while I went in with high hopes of regularly visiting a new local restaurant, I will now be hoping for their demise as a place this bad shouldn’t be serving anyone. This was the worst first impression I could ever expect, and they will never get a second chance with me. Save yourself and avoid at all costs. Read moreFor the past 2 months I’ve noticed a change in employees and customer service in the evening around 5:00. I go every evening right after work and get a coffee for my drive back home. I’ve been going there since it opened. I started noticing that my coffee tasted like there was no sugar even though I ordered like I always do which is a medium with cream and sugar. I also visit 2 other DD’s and have never noticed a difference there. I found myself having to carry extra sugar in my car or getting out and going into DD to get more. Last night I decided to go in and have a conversation with the young people that were working. It was unbelievably rude how the young man spoke to me!!!! If this doesn’t get straightened out I will never go back there again. I’ve never had any problems up until recently. I hope the manager or owner will be able to get it straight. Read moreThis is now the second time I placed a large mobile order and part of my order was not in the bag. I realize the fact that I drove there in my pajamas is my own fault, but why do I have to go into the store to correct your mistakes on my order?? This time they forgot 3 items. I went inside - in my pajamas - and they tell me they'll make my two items, but they were out of the other item and I can either "try to get a refund thru the app" or pick another item. No apologies. Why didn't the guy at the window tell me "Hey, we're out of your avocado toast, sorry" instead of leaving me to find out after I drove away? Can this Dunkin' just not handle large orders??
