Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia

I really leave reviews but I think this place deserves one. I would run if you ever think of eating at this place. The staff is rude. Management is terrible. I even hate going here dashing and after seeing what I did on this lovely Sunday I will for now on turn down all orders at this store. I couldn’t even work here it was that terrible of a place. Food is terrible also. On this one day that pushed me to make this I witnessed a lady ask for her food to be heated since it was cold. The manager snatched it out her hand stomps her feet all the way to the microwave chucks it in and heats it up. Instead of offering her new food like any manager who is actually trained and good at their jobs should do. When she hands the food that was just heated back to the customer and the customer said sorry I know y’all are busy she just ignored her. I had to end my dash right then and there before I said something nasty to that manager. Like I have said many times your customers are the reason your getting paid and should be valued. Just went over for a biscuit, The front door was locked with no signs saying please use other door. There were people inside ignoring me. I asked the lady what's going on. Was told that door sticks. I said all 3 doors are supposed to be open during business house, especially the front door. The general manager got pissy and said that's the way she chooses to handle her lobby. And she went as far as to ask me if I was the guy that was here last night.. as I was leaving. creeped me out to the point I got goose bumps. I tried to buy food during the day 2 days ago and all 3 doors were locked, people sitting outside talking on there phone, telling me they are closed, as people in drivethrough were getting served. I have watched several. Customers try one of the locked doors, get back in there cars and leave with no service. The food is amazing but the service is unexceptable. Just went over again this morning and all 3 doors are locked with me and the creepy wierdo from next door, trying to get someone to let us in.. only to to get paper thin eggs on my 2...

I always use the app to earn rewards points for FREE menu items. Today, I bought a Super Sausage (basically a double sausage/ double cheese) biscuit. When I opened it up to put the strawberry jam on, I noticed that 1 patty was TINY in comparison to the other and looked like it should've been tossed at 4am, rather than 8am. Hardee's is "made to order", from what I understand. I called and spoke with Nora, whom was VERY PLEASANT (THANK YOU 😊) & she made it right by addressing it and agreeing to replace my order at a future date, as I'm under the weather currently. Thank you for the great customer service. The cashier may have been in training, as there wasn't much eye contact or communication. But, I try to be an open minded and understanding person, so I didn't really knock any review points down, but may this be a coaching opportunity, perhaps? Regardless, I'd choose THIS restaurant over McDonald's up the road ANY DAY. It just...
