I would review with ZERO stars if I could! Me and my family stopped by the Bristol location near Harbor Freight yesterday 09/04/2025 @ 6:24pm and we ordered a chicken little combo a pot pie combo 2 famous bowls and a chicken tender combo. It initially started with being rang up completely wrong with a 2pc combo and something else WAY OFF then was charged for 1 extra famous bowls paying for a total of 4 when bringing it to there attention they requested I parked and come in to figure the situation out… no I came through drive thru for a specific reason I had 2 very tired and hangry kids in the vehicle I was not bringing them in to accommodate they’re incompetence. During all of the wait which was 36 minutes total sitting at the drive thru window before they even tried to present us with a solution we witnessed the MANAGER on the kitchen line handling money not once but 3 times while digging in his pocket to handle his personal phone all with the same gloves never changing them to turn right around and begin making OUR FOOD!!! We requested a refund totaling right at $61 exactly(pictures of receipt included) and he tried refusing to give us cash (we paid with card) we only asked he give it back in cash due to him saying it would take 24-72 hours for it to go back to our bank and if we had a problem with that we could contact our bank again it was 6:24pm and the banks are closed we are using that money to feed our family and need it now that is unacceptable. Brayden the managers was refusing to give us a # to contact he refused to contact his GM to resolve the what should have NEVER BEEN a issue and was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude causing myself to become rude and unprofessional which I do not like! After the manager tried arguing for over 30 minutes causing his entire drive thru of cars 6+ carloads of orders might I add to leave without food and go somewhere else he FINALLY gave us cash back after bald face lying to us saying there is no way to open the register to give us cash back that he doesn’t have the access or ability to do so! Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had at a KFC after having to wait for over 10 minutes without being told why we watched as our food gets handed off to someone else, that person complains and says the food is not theirs. And simply hands it back to the manager and which the manager herself takes the food walks back in the building turns around remembering that we were still waiting outside and just hands it to us and says oh I'm sorry. Also before we can make any comments to her she runs back into the building. At this point I do not know if the food is even safe to eat because we know the other person came in contact with the food and opened our food because we heard them say that they didn't order a pot pie I don't know if they had touched or if they had been wearing mask or even wash their hands recently. You would think that a company on a normal bases would know health regulations but what covid-19 running amok especially in my area you would think a manager would make sure to take the keep their people come to the restaurant safe.
