1 star because the food is good... but Rudeness and Unprofessionalism is not a fair trade for good food. The young girl in front has a very poor attitude. Zero customer service. I really don't care how long you've been in business, how successful you are or where you are located (the hood)... your customers are your bread and butter. They literally feed you. So there is no right to be disrespectful to them. Oh well, guess thats something Ho Hos takes for granted. Terrible terrible service. We used to Order carry out from here once every month (we live right around the corner) which was fairly quick and easy. We also requested delivery sometimes but those nights it took them at least two hours to get it to us. This last time they never came at all, so we called and called and the phone was “busy. “ finally get a hold of someone and she says “we don’t have that Order” hands the phone to someone else and he says “can we help you?” “Are you ordering?” “Ok, goodbye” that was it ..no sorry ...no we made a terrible mistake ...just goodbye and hung up the phone. THIS REVIEW IS REGARDING ONLINE ORDERING - Ordered online at 7:05pm, their website says 30-60 minutes estimated delivery, never received. Found out at 9:24 when I called a second time that when they are busy their walk in orders are done first. Was informed (apologetically) that they could get it to me in 20-25 minutes. That would have been nice to know when I ordered instead of waiting with 2 hungry kids for over two hours. The man I talked with the second time was helpful unlike the woman I spoke with the first time. He was apologetic. Wish I knew what their food was like, was really looking forward...
