Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

We don’t eat here often, so it’s hard to know if our experience is common or not. We ordered two small pizzas and an order of buffalo wings this evening (12 August 2022). The pizza was good. The wings were very strange. A soft, mushy, kind of like biting into solid fat, texture is not normal for chicken wings. I tried calling the restaurant to notify the manager. I really didn’t want any compensation or anything, I just thought they would appreciate knowing that their wings are super weird and mushy for some reason. I talked to the manager and he literally couldn’t care less. He didn’t even act like he understood that I was telling him there was something very off with his wings. I love Ledos and have been to several locations. This location in Ashburn is awful and does not meet the standards I expect when going to Ledos. We ordered a large pizza It had almost no ham on it at all. There was little to no sauce and didn’t have any flavor, when Ledos sauce is normally my favorite. The crust on the bottom looked like Swiss cheese full of holes like they let the dough rise too long and didn’t knock out the air, it was also under baked and lacked some essential ingredient like salt. When I called and explained the issues with the 20 dollar pizza the manager said, “So what do you want.” He gave no apology and said he would discount my next pizza, but I’m definitely not going back to this location. Pizza was uncooked - ordered online for Ledo's pizza Ashburn, VA. Drive 15 min home to find the pizza tasted odd and looked odd. Either attempted to be made a few days before and then uncooked or unknown just weird tasting. I called and spoke to the manager who seemed to careless. He then said ok sorry about that and hung up. Called back & said I wasn't looking for a refund but now I'm requesting one since you don't care and aren't taking it seriously that I paid $25 for a cheese pizza that isn't cooked right. Said he'd process a refund, 3 days later no refund & I called back & he said just wait a few days the refund, 5 days later no refund & called back still nothing.
