Called in to place an order since the online method doesn't allow use of gift cards, the woman who answered was extremely short and rude by telling me to check gift card balance online first, I told her it was new and not a concern, she then or me in his without warning for 12 minutes.
12 minutes later in pulling in the parking lot still on hold when she gets back to the call. I place my order and walk in to pay. She failed to give me a receipt and when I asked for the the time it would take they all ignored me, one been nothing but polite to them. I figured it would take already l at least 15 minute so my wife and walked around the nearby neighborhood for 15 min and came back in. We walked in and saw others people good ready but not ours so we decided to step outside a few more min.
When I walked back inside I never said a word and the ride woman says "Tony stop rushing me". Which was really odd since I hadn't said anything since we paid and went on the walk. It was just bizarre to be abruptly out on hold, hung up on, ignored, and insulted with allegations. And the best part was as we were pulling out of the lot they had forgotten the sauce that they charge for.
Also, the sidewalk and parking lot all around the corner and in front of the business was absolutely disgusting and covered in cigarettes, trash and other unmentionable things.

I was credited a refund back to my bank account that I still haven’t received yet! I’ve went back to the store several times in reference to my refund and get blown off. Since then I’ve still went back to get pizzas and didn’t have a problem until tonight when I placed an order online and went to the store to pick up my order and my pizza wasn’t right they then remade my order because the second one wasn’t right! The second pizza wasn’t correct and manager did offer me a refund and to wait on third pizza that refused. I didn’t receive a refund for my order tonight. The workers are too busy in there playing to even make a order the correct way! I witness workers running around “playing” with a teaser. I understand that everyone is stressed out and busy, but it's very disappointing to wait for an extended period and then receive the wrong order. I am frequently presented with meat on my orders, but my family does not eat pork, chicken, or beef and I have to throw away my food. It's a waste of everyone's time, resources, and money. I don't blame the employees that are clearly trying hard under difficult circumstances, but there should be ways to get refunds easily or at least confidence that my order was actually prepared according to what I paid for.
