Order breakfast via Grubhub. Grubhub driver was on time and very polite. Everything was protected and there were no spills. Hard to go wrong with McDonalds breakfast - their pancakes are always good and the food is always hot. But for the hashbrown. Not sure why but they always seem lurk warm. They always remember to add all the packets and napkins and everything else. Always a good choice when you can't decide and always a good pick for breaking one's morning fast. Also tried Strawberry and Cream pie for the first time. Very good. Addition - Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a large fries and soda. Outside of the fact that the large fries didn't seem to be a large order the food was good and hot. I also ordered another Strawberry and Cream pie which was, once again, very good. Update - Ordered breakfast via Grubhub. Not only did it take more than an hour to be delivered to me but the meal I ordered was missing the main item. I ordered Big Breakfast with Hotcakes with extra items. Everything, the butter, the syrup, the cold hash brown, and the extra items were delivered. Everything but the hotcakes. Really? So two stars for both McD and Grubhub. Addition - I ordered via Grubhub and for some reason they sent my order to this location. And they got my order right! Surprise! So I will add one star, for them getting ONE order right, so it is now three out of five stars. Update - Still having issues. Get the main item correct but sometimes forget the extras. And sometimes I paid for those extras. Also ordered breakfast this morning without Hotcakes and got the extras for the Hotcakes. This is a joke? So no change in their rating. Addition - last order one of the lids was not on properly. And they knew it. Whoever packed the order shoved paper napkins around the leaking cup instead of just putting on properly and using a new, dry, bag. One...

Worst McDonalds in the world. The manager gave me attitude from the jump. It was 4am on Sunday- 08 OCT 2023, when I was in the drive through. It took the manager almost 5 minutes to greet me. When I order my cheeseburgers, she aggressively told me they were only serving breakfast and that I shouldve paid attention to the display screen. I quickly adjusted my order but needed a few more minutes because I had guest in the car. She rudely told me I shouldve had my order ready and rushed me to order. I pulled up to the window kindly asked for the manager. An older lady told me I spoke to the manager through the speaker. So I asked to speak with her again. This emplpyee yelled for the manager and told her to find oit what I want. I mentioned to her that I didnt appreciate her attitude and I acknowledged that its late and that she was pretty tired; but she shouldnt have to speak to me in such a rude manner. This manager by the way is named Maria/Elba- thin framed, hispanic woman who may be between 30-40. During this exchange Maria/Elba continuosly gave me eye rolls and disregarded everything I said. And I kindly asked thay she apologized for her behavior. After asking her a few times, she gave me a forced apology. And walked away. I parked my car in front of the drive thru window and thoroughly inspect my breakfast items. After a few minites Maria/Elba came back to the window and asked if there was anything else I needed. I told her I needed my receipt. She rudely ablidge. Needless to say, a manager and employee with a horrible attitudes refusing to acknowledge feedback from a paying customer is one of the most toxic experience I have ever encountered in my life. I feel this place does not deserve a five star or ether one star. This place has bad customer service and the food not even fresh. I don’t understand how other giving five stars and noting down that this place give fresh food. Today 06/07/2024 at around 8 pm I order food for my family. I order 40 pic nuggets and additional meals to go with it. At the end of the drive thew, they were giving me my order with no sauce in my order. Even at the beginning of the ordering my food, I asked to put plenty sauces I asked for. I asked the lady in the window where are the sauces I asked for. After I asked the lady bright me only 6 sauce. This place is stingy with there sauces and I spend between 40 to 50 dollars , I told her I order 40 pics of nuggets and this what you giving me. The lady told me that they charge for extra for sauce. My answer back why I was not told about that in the beginning. After she grab the manger that is in service. Explaining everything that just happened. The manger came back with only two sauce only extra. Even the manger does not know how to give good customer service. I just don’t understand how treat there customers like this. If they going charge for the sauce I don’t mind to be charge. I feel that I should be refund my whole order.
