I'm not going to rate the food because I didn't get to eat anything. I waited for 20+ minutes in the drive thru line, just to catch an attitude from the employee notifying customers that they were only accepting cash in the drive thru. But, that was only once I made it to the order screen. They said I'd have to come inside to pay with a card, but the inside was slammed.
I wasn't in a rush and I had my dog with me, so I thought I'd place a pickup order online and let them bring it out. Nope! There was a car that had been there ever since I pulled in and it was parked across 5 of the curbside pickup spots. The other parking spots were full of customers going inside to order.
I understand that systems go down, things happen and customers suck sometimes, but dang!! A simple sign at the drive thru entrance, letting customers know that they weren't taking cards in the drive thru would have been nice. If nothing else, a better attitude towards customers who waited in that drive thru line would have gone a long way....

The lady handed me $2 and then proceeded to just walk away. So I very politely asked "Ma'am, sorry but I didn't receive my change." Which was followed by "Oh Yeah, well we gots A Change shortage." Which then I replied, "So, that means I don't get my $.73 cents!?", Then her words were, " Basically!", Then quickly she followed with "Well, if you give me .23 cents I guess I can give you a dollar so you can finally have your CHANGE!" To be completely honest, I was a bit mad because of the simple fact that she was so rude and also did not inform me they were having a shortage of change. Nor were there any signs saying so. Read moreI was just there and the female manager had such an attitude with the customer in front of us, so we went to the kiosk and ordered our food. The kiosk wouldn't give us the option to upgrade my daughter's drink. So we ended up with the same nasty manager, mind you her boss was standing right next to her as she was being disrespectful to the previous customer and he said nothing, now it's our turn to be disrespected. As we trying to explain to the manager about the kiosk, the general manager wants to now intervene but to be just as disrespectful as his manager. As I'm trying to explain to him, he gets even more belligerent, the female manager starts getting louder, and the previous customer is talking, my daughter is yelling, so now I'm just overwhelmed and I start acting just like them.
