Roses Discount Store — Local services in Richmond

It reminds me of Big Lots and Ollie's. Good selection of things to buy. However you do need to watch what you are buying here. As I walked through the store I noticed that the original tags of items were still on products and they placed a roses tag on top. That's fine to do but when the tag is for more money than the original price I have a problem with that. For example they had a barbie in there tag said $16.99. It then had a roses tag on top that said $17.99. So keep an eye on price. The other problem I had is the employees are not helpful at all. I waited in line for 30 min to check out. They had 2 registers open and people walking around. When they did decide to open up 2 more registers they took customers from the back instead of people who had been waiting. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Management is unprofessional. The 1st time I went there was only one register open. The line was down the aisle The manager refused to open a register after being asked repeatedly by customers in the store. While she walked around scanning items. 2nd time. I go on Wednesdays Seniors get a discount. Management was having a meeting in the middle of the floor while customers were waiting to be helped and again the lines were down the aisles worn only 1 cashier. Strange policies at this store. Went into the store at 7:30pm to get allergy medicine. Was told that they weren't allowed to open the "locked" cabinet with the allergy medicine after 7:30pm(everything in the cabinet was generic at the most $2-$5). So I'm on the way out, and the premium allergy medicine is just sitting out(marked with the wrong price says $1 per actually $2 per pill).
