This McDonalds has just about the worse professional attitude that I have ever seen in a franchise restaurant...I went there 2 times today. Hoping the 1st bad service experience was just a fluke...But nope , it seems to me like it's just the way it is here. One of the day shift supervisors waited on me this morning. She sounds like a little petite foghorn with a thick country accent and evidently thinks she's working in a honky tonk, becuz she yelled at everyone behind the counter in regular everyday conversation. Yes, conversation...And apparently her conversation is the most important part of her day since I had to wait 5 minutes for her to take a breath and ask me what I wanted and another 15 for her to quit talking long enough to hand me my already made order of breakfast food that was waiting to be put into a bag. My 2nd trip this evening was chock full of excitement as I waited for 2 redneck teenage boys to quit arguing long enough to allow the 1 in the kitchen to assemble a sausage mc muffin. And the poor girl waiting on me had no idea what she was doing on the cash register and when she asked for any help from her supervisor she was ignored. It seemed like the supervisor was more interested in ignoring those she was supervising then she was in helping to get the only customer out the door in less then 15 minutes. I know I sound like a big ol cry baby. And right now I am being a big baby. But....2 trips today a few trips last month and after every trip i leave there mad and shaking my head, talking to myself. Wondering how in the world they stay in business and where in the world do they find their employees. I learned years ago while serving in the US Army that everything boils down to leadership. So if by some fluke any upper echelons of McDonalds is reading this...Then good god tighten this ship up it is a absolute embarrassment to the McDonalds name. I've seen worse, but...
Read moreTonight my family and i went to grab a quick supper and when pulling in noticed a walmart trucker trying to get the attention of the people at the window. When we finally got to the window (15min later) he was still trying to get ahold of someone. I asked him what was wrong and he said he was trying to get food but the mobile app wasnt working. While i got dirty looks from the lady taking my card due to me talking to him i told him i would order him his meal for him. When they went to give my card i asked them to add a meal to my order please and the lady in charge was very disrespectful and if you want something else go back through the line, so i said not a problem and did. When i get to the window for the second time i waited a total of 1/2hr to get my second order. It was so bad three cars behind me left. When i got my order it was a Mcdouble instead of a double quarter pounder. I said this wasnt what i ordered and paid for and waited another 10 min. I gave the food to the driver who said it was his first hot meal of the day and was very thankful. When i got home to eat my food the double quarter pounder i ordered was so greasy and nasty the bottom of the container was busted open and the buns so soggy with grease my fingers went through them. The fries had to be at least a day old. Honestly the worst fast food ive ever had. The big picture is why have a MD next to a Walmart distribution center and truck stop that isnt willing to help these guys get food. I know people are short staffed, but human decency should always come first. I really hope something is done with this place...
Read moreI personally live down the street from this spot.. I visit it alot..I absolutely love the evening shift.. All the employees are so caring and respectful and attentive..but.. I can tell all of you all I'm very disappointed in their morning staff.. The signs and everything says their supposed to be opened at 5am. There are plenty of times.. Including today when I go there at 5:07am.. They aren't opened BUT THERE ARE EMPLOYEE'S THERE!.. Yet their closed... I leave and come back at 5:23am.. And once again.. No service.. There are employees in there but still "closed" I watch 12cars drive up and circle around a few times and leave.. If this store plans on opening up later you need to make signs or change your time.. There are people who come right before their work and have to clock in a certain time.. Or people who have been on the road for awhile and chose this store to eat from. How disappointed is it to drive all the way here and y'all aren't opened when you should be.. Your missing out on so much buisness. This show's you don't care about buisness or customers. Even when I see cars coming up to the window knocking asking why y'all aren't opened and y'all brush them off... This store needs a strong professional ON TIME manager to open...
