If I can give them less than 1 star I would! So I orderd lunch for my office on 8/13/2024 and paid $60.00 w/ my CashApp card. Left the store and not only had they not put chicken I'm my "Chicken Ceasar Salad" when I called back to advise them of the mistake the person I spoke with stated that myself and my co-worker could get replacement salads but we would still pay the cost of the salad and they just wouldnt charge is for the chicken. My co-workers had already advised me to stay away from this place, and not listening to them has been the biggest inconvenience for me by far in 2024. Fast forward to 8/21/2024 there is a transaction processed on my card for the same lunch that was purchased on 813/2024. When i called to speak with a manager about the issue, of course no one was available however, the nice young lady that answered advised that she would take my name and number and have the manager call me. I advised her not to worry I would call back myself and to just give me a good time frame to call. I called the store today and spoke with Store Manager Chad. Chad stated that there is a hold placed on the card at the time of purchase and that the late processing of the transaction is because he does not feel comfortable allowing his own employees to run the books or transaction reports while he is gone. First he was gone for vacation, and later in the conversation he was gone because of an emergency 🤔. All in all my company nor I will be spending any funds at this establishment since the manager can't even trust his own employees which is apparently something we just have to deal with as the customer. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE CASH!!!...
Read moreHorrible experience with the owner. The delivery driver dropped off some pizza to my house by mistake (I did not place an order with them). The delivery just knocked on my door and left the pizza at my doorstep and left. I called about this mistake and a staff member told me to keep it due to no returns because of COVID. 20 minutes later, the delivery driver shows up again and tells me that he made a mistake and that he needs the pizza back (that my family ate already) but I told him that the staff told me to keep it. Then he said that he’s sorry and left. HE COMES BACK AGAIN, because he’s boss isn’t accepting he coming back empty handed. The delivery driver is tear-y eyed, scared, because the owner is screaming at him through the phone. I spoke with the owner and he was nasty to me AND the delivery driver, calling me a “felon” and a “theft” and that he’s going to call the police on me. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with my recent delivery. My order total was $32.90, and I added a $3.45 tip online, bringing the total to $36.35. When the driver handed me the order, he immediately said, “no tip.” I explained that I had already left one online, but he continued to press the issue. Wanting to be courteous, I went back inside and grabbed an additional $3 cash. When I gave it to him, he responded with, “that’s it,” and then complained about the drive and the closed gate. At that point, feeling uncomfortable and not knowing what else to do, I gave him another $5. Even after leaving a total of nearly $12 in tips, the driver still chose to criticize me. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should never be pressured or shamed over tips, especially when they have already gone out of their way to be generous.
