This place is a real winner! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel like a regular even on your first visit. They're happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and generally go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant experience.
But the real star of the show is the food! It's clear that a lot of care and attention goes into crafting each dish. The pizza and salad tasted fresh and delicious. The menu offers a great variety Italian/Pizzaso there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Read moreI was there to pick up my order, and SUNY, One of the managers had me wait while he was on the phone taking a lengthy order. He Never acknowledged me and when I said that I had to go he said that I had to wait. I told him no we don’t wait if it’s a pick up you put the person on hold give me my order let me pay for it and I leave and then you go back to your phone call and that is how customer service is done and he responded perhaps I am in the wrong store. How sarcastic. He said That everyone knows when they come in they have to wait. Well I told him that we are in the United States of America and the correct protocol for customer service is to put the person on hold, you attend to the person waiting, give them their order and get them on their way and you go back to the person on the phone. He then proceeded to do do. I’m extremely disappointed of the rudeness and . the disrespect I got from a manager & he owes me an apology. I’ve been coming to Paisano’s’s for 4 years now. So...
Read moreThis is such an off place because it wasn’t bad but wasn’t better than a dominoes, Pizza Hut, or papa John’s which have better deals.
Pizza: No sauce and if it wasn’t over baked I think it might have been good. Some bites had flavor but others were cardboard.
Wings: The buffalo sauce is off and ruined the pizza dinner. It’s thicker than most and almost tastes like tomato sauce was dropped in it. Well done usually means a crispy skin but it many a dry meat for us.
Gyro: The meat is the best part and that’s saying something. Pita itself is to much like a Great Value white bread consistency and lettuce is wilted. I can’t knock a pizza place for having a sub par gyro tho and for the price, $9, it’s not terrible.
Service: Young kid working seemed annoyed. I hope his folks own the place so he’s forced to help out cuz otherwise someone’s gotta tell him the brooding look isn’t a good customer...
