This store has more bad reviews than good ones. Complaints are consistently repetitive, but guess what. They don’t care and it’s obviously demonstrated in the food they put out and the absence of customer service. Management and owners don’t care. I ordered 2 pizzas, garlic knots, boneless wings and sauces. One slice of pizza had nothing on it… run out of toppings? Garlic knots were drowning in sauce and inedible, the second pizza (not pictured) was missing a topping and we were missing ALL of the marinara sauces I ordered and was charged for. Called to speak to manager the next day as instructed by the employee on the phone and was told the mgr not there. Told to call the day after…AGAIN…manager not there. Gave my number and requested a call back. No call back received. Called again (next day) and no manager and they say it’s too late to do anything about it because I didn’t talk to gen mgr sooner. You can’t make this up. Customer service is horrible. Just lost a customer. Kenny is supposedly the General Mgr who is never in the store and refuses to talk to a customer. Per Brittany another supposed mgr said that Kenny the general manager said he watched a video and there was nothing was wrong. Read moreOkay, so this was NOT in my plans to bash this store but because of the unprofessional handling of my situation, here goes:
Consistently on my delivery orders, they forget my extra garlic cups. Somehow, when I pick up my orders, they magically remember my extras. When I tried to privately address this issue, they have thrown it back onto me the CUSTOMER to fix the issue by telling them they have forgotten. And I'm supposed to wait for them to fix the situation while my pizza gets cold.
I have asked them to fix their own PROCESSES but, apparently, that's not how they want to do things. They "are human" afterall (their own quote). I understand, but what I don't understand is their throwing it back onto me to ASK for what should be with my order in the first place. It's the consistently forgetting and their refusal to handle this a different way that I'm taking issue with.
AND - they pretty much said, go somewhere else if I'm not willing to fix THEIR issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS - I tried to handle this privately with them and I guess they decided that because it was private they had license to say the things they did! I'm not on board with that so I'm calling them out! But, at least I have it in writing and it's not a he...
Read moreWe ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread and it took an hour an half to get to us! We did not get it until after 8pm! I called twice to ask where it was the first time I was told it was on the way! When I still hadn’t received it I called 25 minutes later and the man who answered was so rude and told me that his ovens only cooked but so fast...I have worked and grew up in the restaurant business as my Dad was a restaurant owner and I have never been spoken to the way this man (can’t call him a gentleman) spoke to me! When we did finally receive our pizza and cheesy bread it was cold!! Totally not worth the wait and will not order or deal with this restaurant again! POOR POOR SERVICE AND FOOD NOT GREAT! Just wanted to add...they said they would contact me and make it right...never heard from...
