I bought a Groupon last year and they extended their expiration date a year out due to Covid 19. Wanted to check out this place for a while now. Little did I know that I'd be received in a rude and rushed manner. The woman (not older) taking the orders was extremely rude. Suppose she doesn't want my business and it worked. FYI, there's no dine in at all, strictly take out or order online through the various delivery CO's. It's not well lit once you enter and that makes it difficult to see the menu. Maybe look up the menu online first? The order taker (not older woman) talks down to the delivery driver's and scoots them out the door to wait. She doesn't ask them nicely to step aside. A shame to run a business this way. I placed an order and redeemed the voucher for Groupon. Keep in mind the cashier could've and should've asked for the difference $5 and some change then. I went outside to wait for 15 minutes before I was scooted out like everyone else. Then suddenly the rude cashier yells at me from a side door- you need to pay the difference. Alright, no need to raise your voice I'm clearly waiting for food to be ready and not dodging the bill. Seems they no longer advertise on Groupon. So glad I got to use the promo I had and get the heck out of there.
Where do these people come from? No manners what so ever.
Food is mediocre and not worth the 30+ minute drive it took...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOkay spot. Nothing special. Menu prepared and served at journeyman level. Fresh ingredients but in general no remarkable flavor experiences so far in menu selections Iāve ordered with the exception of Tom Yum Soup I enjoyed tonight that was exceptionally flavorful and complex. Chicken sautĆ© was great disappointment. Chicken was juicy and perfectly grilled. Menu advertises it is served with peanut sauce and there was nothing peanut about it not even crushed peanuts in it. Sauce was hoisin exclusively. And no toast. Without respectable peanut sauce toast isnāt needed. Iāve had other unmemorable menu items on previous 4 or 5 visits.
Restaurant interior design is interesting and buildout exceptionally high quality. Interior done in earth tones enhanced by well designed subdued lighting. Thought out sight lines make navigating the floor plan easy to find dining rooms, bar and restrooms. Kitchen is positioned for efficient serving to dining rooms and bar. Restrooms (Can only report menās room) well designed and appointed. Too bad food doesnāt match interior design...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am upset with the new customer service Passion Fin is providing. I love their food, but every time I order to go, it becomes this huge ordeal, and the lady on the phone (not the manager) is very rude. I usually get the hibachi lunch special with brown rice, which is extra and I am completely fine with, and the 2 roll lunch special crispy salmon skin, brown rice as well. When I go to eat there, everything is fine and they place my order, but when I order on-line, they act as if I've never eaten there before. I've been going to this place since they opened and placed the same order. I just got off the phone with them and told them never mind. The lady told me "no, you can't get the 2 roll lunch special crispy salmon skin. You want, you have to order the 3 roll special." I told her I would be contacting the manager. Doubt they'll do anything about it, but had to give my honest review. This star is for their customer service, not their food. Their food again,...
