I will never return here again food was terrible cheese sticks were cold, chicken wings smelled rotten, pizza dough was paper thin and burnt the customer service is a atrocious 4 other tables had customers at them in the whole restaurant and it took 35 minutes just for us to get menus let alone order are soft drinks we’re flat our waitress touched her face hair and went to the bathroom no evidence of her washing her hands and she stunk to high heaven then after waiting another 45 minutes just for boxes we had to actually go to the register 30 minutes later after we realized she was not going to return with our check to see for 2 small pizzas, 1 order of chicken wings and an order of cheese sticks she had evidently decided math was too difficult and just wrote 89$ on our ticket and expected us to pay for it and when asked about it she did not want to give us the receipt because she knew she was in the wrong ( didn’t catch her name but it was the taller woman with the brown and grey ish hair not the shorter girl with the back hair she was actually decent ) it’s absolutely a terrible place to eat I’m honestly surprised anyone would spend there hard earned money here and I know there is new management and if your reading this you should be ashamed of the establishment...

NEVER EAT AT PINO'S IN COURTLAND!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Myself and colleagues eat here at least twice a week. The other day while eating I found a black bug in my salad. I notified our server of the issue but nothing was done. She looked at the salad and took it back into the kitchen. The chef never came out to apologize for the bug found in the salad. When I went to pay for my bill, I asked the cashier was credit applied for the issue with my salad. She asked our server which was standing behind her if she knew anything about my issue. Our server responded, "I don't make the salad, the salad comes with your meal, and every time you come to eat here you and your people never leave a tip." I stated to her that we always leave a tip using our card. However, her comment about a tip is irrelevant and the issue is that it was a bug found in my food and nothing is being done about it. Also my entree I ordered was Chicken Alfredo with broccoli substitute in place of the fettuccine noodles, which they charged me an extra $1 for. I will never again waste my time or money patronizing...
