I ordered a pizza online for my family and the pizza was left on the ground in front of our front door. We did not hear one knock. I checked my tracker and saw that the pizza was delivered. I opened the pizza box and there were a bunch of ants running all over our pizza. The delivery person did not even place the pizza on our bench in front of our door. I called the Sugarland va Pizza Hut store and told them I would come to the store. I brought the ant infested pizza back to the store and the man said he would make another pizza. When I arrived I asked the man could he please refund me. He abruptly slipped me a receipt of a $10 refund and said “here you go.” I said “sir I tipped my delivery person and paid a delivery fee.” He then got irritated and then cashed out $3 and said here, I am giving you what you paid for your pizza. I then proceeded to explain to the man that I had to leave my children with family to come and pick up a new pizza. He did not seem to care much. I also heard the team in the back giggling about the ants on my pizza. Then I heard, who I presume was the delivery guy say; well they said contactless. They do not have any customer service skills at all. The manager did not even come out to speak to me when I asked for a manger. I have ordered from here multiple times, via online, delivery, and pick up. They could have at least knocked, leave my pizza on our bench. If they placed my pizza box in a bag that would have even been better; anything is better than a pizza box filled with ants left...
Read moreThis location has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Tried to order delivery and was told there were no drivers available until 6, that's fine. Waited until 6 to place the order, got a call explaining that it would take 1-2 hours because of other orders, fine. 8:30 I check the website to see that it says the pizza was delivered, but I had checked the door 4 times before then and nothing had arrived. Attempted to call and find out what was going on, waited on the line for an estimated five minutes before someone picked up and hung up immediately. Then proceeded to drive to the location, get sassed at by lady behind the counter telling me the invisible pizza was in fact delivered. I got a refund and the woman behind the counter tells me "we have pizza if you want pizza" as I'm walking out the door. Pizza Hut is not earnest in their response to the problem. They asked for more information from me to make it right. I supplied the information they requested and they never did anything. They only responded like they were going to take action so that other people would see they care. However, the truth is they did nothing to make it right. Don't expect them to fix a problem if you have one with your order.

I ordered a Thin and Crispy pizza which wasn't crispy when it arrived.
I'm not sure what brain child decided to place my pizza in a sealed plastic bag which was tied at the top for delivery, but it doesn't matter if it was the store or the delivery driver. That bone headed mistake ruined my pizza and changed it from a Thin and Crispy to Thin and Soggy.
