Algonkian Playground — Attraction in Sterling

Lots of space and there are many different features for different ages and some accessible options, which we love to see. There are a ton of picnic benches and there were a few empty even during a busy Saturday morning! The location near trees and the large umbrellas over the play structures will make this a good summer option.

The only downsides are the lack of bathrooms nearby and the lack of a water fountain as well. There was a portapotty near-ish, but not a chance I'm taking my 2 year old in there and holding him...

The park is very beautiful; however, the restroom facilities are in very poor condition. There is no running water, and the only available restroom was a portable one, which was extremely dirty and unhygienic. I will not consider visiting again until a proper, sanitary restroom...

This playground is great! It is massive and there are a lot of places to spread out and even walk the perimeter while taking turns watching the kids. Definitely one of the best designs...
