Here we are once again, this location is consistently an absolute embarrassment to the brand and should be closed and demolished. At a little after 8:30 (in a store that is open til 11.) with 4 cars in the drive through in front of me. I am told I can’t order like they did because they are once again closing due to lack of staff.
If the owner of this franchise actually cared anything about it, he would personally address some of the reviews as so many people are having exactly the same bad experience at this location. Obviously the owner doesn’t care at all and it is perfectly reflected in the appearance of this location. Not all of the bays even have order boxes, the ones it does have rarely work, not 1 single staff member has any concern with the quality of the job they do, behavior and attitudes are horrible and unprofessional. Kitchen is consistently trashed and nasty. Drive through order box is nasty and covered with old tape and stickers where the daily “we can’t handle the pressure of business” notes are posted. Why is this location even still open. It is a blight and disgrace to the entire Sonic Chain.
This location is consistently rude, unprofessional, and is an absolute disgrace to the entire Sonic company. It should be closed down if they can’t get it together any better than this.

Read moreSo this was always our "go to" Sonics because it was the closest. But a recent experience has made us boycott this location. During our last and final visit not only did they get our order wrong by adding mustard to both burgers we ordered even though I listed no mustard, sending cold mozzarella sticks, cold tots, and they included rotten lettuce on one burger to boot. When I tried to get a refund for the burgers (should've been for the entire order) I ordered I was told that since I ordered on the app that I could only get a replacement of the food. That was a definitive "NO" for me. I called the customer service center and was told that I would be given a gift card which to this day (some 3 weeks later) I haven't received. Be very cautious of what you order at this location...these folks DO NOT CARE about customer satisfaction🤬

Since my last review, management kindly reimbursed me for part of my order. While I'm thankful, I'm also reluctant to eat at this location anytime in the near future. I implore everyone to check the ingredients prior to consuming food...
Read moreSecond time I have been to this location. The first time I didn't even order because they were only accepting cash and not cards...that was about a month ago.
I go back today figuring I would see if their card system is working (it is!) and I wanted to order a small blast to only find out that the blast machine isn't working and they can't make blasts or ices. Very disappointed as this is the 2nd time I have been here and something hasn't worked. I will say that this location is severely lacking. It is tired looking. The one half of the outside doesn't even have carhop screens and the drive-thru box is old and covered with old pieces of paper and tape (my guess from old signs the staff had to post). I am giving this review 3 stars though because the shake I did have was very good and the young man working the drive thru window was very polite and courteous.
