Sad to find an other Starbucks where they don’t know how to make a A Cappuccino. Seriously ? You cant be an Italian coffee shop without knowing how to make cappuccino. SMH. Starbucks, upgrade ur game and train your employees about cappuccino and how to make it dry, wet or semi dry, cuz ur staff is lost completely when it comes to that. It should be part of ur basic training. Making a great coffee takes skills. Train ur staff because ur cappuccino don’t worth that 7$ you charge, at all. Flavor isn’t everything and even that they hardly can manage it. Example, sugar should be melted in a hot coffee shot prior adding the perfectly steamed milk so the flavor is even all around. I hate to drink a coffee w lack of sugar for 20 min than at the last sip I have all the sugar dumped in my mouth , cuz didn’t got melted and ur little green stick can’t reach to do it myself . Besides brakes the foam if I do it after it’s done. Yes those little details making a huge different. That’s why we love coffee from Italy. But you coffee makers know all this, extend ur training to ur employees and make sure they got it prior they making them cappuccinos you charging 7$ for. At least make it worth it!! I lived in Italy and you Italians did thought me about coffee, so if Starbucks is truly from Italy than you should take those extra steps to be sure you set apart from Dunkin’ Donuts cuz as of now, you aren’t much different besides ur higher pricing. Read moreThis review is overdue because I was giving them a chance to redeem themselves everytime and this morning was about it. I get there at 8:20 this morning, no one in line like Im literally the only person waiting and there are at least 6 employees about 4 making drink for the drive thru one just walking around and another at the register AND NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES MY PRESENCE. After about 5 MINUTES I tell the employee at register that I'm waiting to place my order and he apologizes and says to wait to give him a minute. After I place my order it is 8:31 and no one is making my drink. I wait another FREAKING 5min before one of the drive thru barista's asks me if I was waiting for a mobile order then I just had it of waiting and i tell him no but SOMEONE NEEDS TO START MAKING MY DRINK BECAUSE I HAVE TO GO THEN THEY DO AND THE GIRL WHO MADE IT JUST SAYS "HERE" AFTER SHE IS DONE WITH AN ATTITUDE...THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMER BUT WHEN I LEFT THE PLACE IT WAS 8:39AM , got there at 8:20 With the ridiculous drink prices you will think that the customer Service would be exceptional ??
