Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered online and got the sub delivered to my work. The sub had no cheese on it. I am food sensitive and cannot eat my food if it is not the exact way I want it. This was also a pregnancy craving that I’ve been so excited for and now I can’t eat it bc the cheese is missing (I know sounds stupid but it comes with the pregnancy) I called the restaurant and as I was trying to get the problem resolved I heard the lady in the background saying she put cheese on my sandwich when there was absolutely NO CHEESE. They do not have good customer service at all. I was told to call another day to speak to the manager. And honestly I don’t ever want to eat here again bc this is the second sub I have had to throw away and couldn’t eat due to them messing it up. The lady that “so called” made my sub was rude while I was on the phone, I don’t know if she thought I couldn’t hear her, but I heard everything. 4 stars because I arrived 20 mintues after the opening time, the door was locked and a staff member was in the lobby and just looked up as I went to open the door - it was locked. I went back to my vehicle for another 5 minutes where I called to see if they were going to open any time soon. No one answered so I hung up and the woman came and unlocked the door. Was entirely too hot in that store. I walked in hoping to get out of the heat and enjoy my sub in the AC but i was WRONG!!! i didn’t even want to stand in line much less sit down and eat in there!
