Update: Still only 1 star. Decided to try again, hoped to leave a better review... but I'd give it less stars if I could. After a long and extremely stressful day dealing with care for my mother with dementia and burying my uncle (among other things), I hadn't eaten all day. It was 9:15pm when I came into Subway, they close at 10. We had no idea what we wanted, but we weren't going to take long to figure it out. ("We" being my friend, my 8 year old, and myself). When we first entered, this kid named Noah informed us that we could not sit inside to eat, and that we needed to hurry along with the order. Wow, we didnt plan on sitting inside but ok... rude, but whatever. We looked over the menu for ideas, asked a question about a deal we had seen on a commercial, and were informed that they didn't have any deals or honor coupons or anything.. then, as we spent all of a minute trying to decide on what we wanted (no one else was in the store), Noah and the young lady (didn't catch her name) were between slick comments between themselves, drumming their fingers on the counter, and asked multiple times if we were going to order, did we know what we wanted, when we would be ready.. keep in mind, there was NO ONE ELSE in the restaurant and we hadnt even been there for 2 minutes... After feeling disrespected and rushed after a very long day, we decided that we would rather be hungry and find somewhere else than to give our money to this establishment. I've been in customer service for close to 20 years... this is completely unacceptable.
Original Review: Ordered 3 footlongs.. NONE of which had onions on them... this one in particular is the MAIN one that doesn't eat onions. The photo with the sub and onions is the onions I picked off of the one half of the sandwich alone and it STILL has onions on it even after all of those were picked off. NOWHERE in the order does it have onions. Nowhere. I order subs all the time from here and yall ALWAYS DO THIS. And when it's mentioned, yall are the ones who get rude with me!! Like its MY fault that YOU made a sub with something on it that was NOWHERE in the order... Seriously? I didn't even bother bringing it back and arguing with yall this time because even though the employees fk up my order, somehow it's my fault and they get shitty with me so... why bother. Ha! They should shut this place down....
Read moreThis looks like a farely new location. Nice and clean. Food looked fresh. I walked in as the server was walking back to the back. The door bell chimed. I stood and looked at the menu for a few moments, and when the server didn't return, I said, "Hello, excuse me" loudly twice. This older lady, maybe in her 60s, pops her head in the doorway and says, "How'd you get in here the door bell didn't ring.... I said it did, and maybe she was distracted.... she continued to make an issue of the doorbell, and I stated, "I'm sorry, but not my fault you didn't hear it." She was short, curt, and just flat out rude. Another customer entered and we proceeded to have a conversation, which seemed to upset her more as she proceeded to ask back and forth what I wanted and what he wanted(not in a nice or kind way) To the point that I apologized to the gentleman for Her rudeness. I don't know if she was having a bad day. Or if she was racist because I look like a white woman (I'm hispanic), all the other customers were brown or black and she was nice to them. I absolutely HATE stating that, but it seemed that way to me. She was nicer to the gentleman, and he was black. I said please and thank you to her questions. I even addressed her as ma'am. Tried to be as kind as possible, but she just remained short, curt, and rude. I hope her day gets better, and if it's just her manner, I pray God puts kindness and compassion...
Read moreWe were driving back from NC and decided to stop for subs at 2:15pm. It was crowded so we hoped this meant the service was good. Nope. The two girls at first appeared understaffed, and they were and first I felt bad as I have also experienced working fast food. However, once we got up to the line everything went terrible. The first girl was quite friendly and got my mom and I's orders perfect for the meat and cheese/roasting segment, but the second, shorter girl was a nightmare. She got my mom's condiments wrong and was very rude. After we finished with our toppings, there was another woman in front of us who hadn't paid yet so my mom took the time to consider the new energy teas Subway was offering, and the short woman loudly shouted "EXCUSE ME, are you done?" My mom and I both replied yes, our subs had been finished being made minutes ago. She then took our subs and put them with the woman in front of us's sub and tried to ring all of us up. The woman then explained that we were not together and the girl seemed very mad about having to re-ring up everything separately. After leaving, we realized they gave us the wrong subs and the girl in front of us must have had ours. Never returning, and considering calling corporate on...
