Normally I rate this place 4 to 5 stars. They can make and get you your sandwich in under 5 minutes as long as no one is in front of you. This time there was an irritating lady that had decided after holding up the line for them to make 3 foot long subs completely, that she suddenly needed a 4th foot long sub. I would have made her get back in line. I know this isn't the employees fault so I added a star. However, after this is where it fell apart. The lady that gets your bread, meat, & cheese kept getting customers' orders all the way to the back of the line. So the bread, meat, & cheese were sitting on the counter getting cold while they were adding the ingredients to the sub. I asked for mine toasted and I'm not sure if the oven was working because the cheese hadn't melted at all on the sub and the patty was bone cold. The ingredients added were ridiculously few. On a foot long sub I had as follows: 10 Spinach leaves 4 Tomato slices 3 Onion slices (They were out of Onions and instead of getting more the lady kept reaching and sorting through the few bottom pieces that were in there. 5 Jalapeno slices 8 Olives That's it. Needless to say I had to microwave the sandwich when I got home. I hope you have a better experience than I did. (If you go between 11:30 - 1:00PM they are usually pretty busy, so you may have a few people in...
Read moreThis store is very filthy very unprofessional and very dirty. The people are rude and nasty looking and they curse when they have to fix your food. I am a truck driver and went in there to order some food and the girl tells me that I have to wait 15 minutes due to her doing end of day. She's on the phone talking and laughing when I walk in there letting me know that she is either on the phone with her friend and or on break. I worked at Subway for 3 years so I asked her can she fix my food and I leave the money and she just pay for it when she finishes. Her being lazy, she proceeds to curse and say I'll mess up her bread count but yet didnt she say it was because of her doing end of day. But she began fixing my food anyway. I began to tell her about my experience working at Subway and telling her why she is about her reasons for not wanting to fix my food. She gets mad and starts throwing food behind the oven and throwing my food around. I began to record her doing all of this so then she proceeds to fix my food right. Sorry if it sounds like I am rambling I am using...
Read moreThe young lady was very professional, kind, welcoming, had no attitude, and had a smile on the whole time it was almost as if she owned the subway the way she cared. I travel for work a lot trucking and the majority of the time I eat at Subway. So I have certain ways I get my sandwiches made bread extra toasted, put the dressing on the meat first then add the veggies. This routine works best for me the extra toasting keeps my bread from being soggy and adding the dressing under the veggies helps with not having a mess and dressing just dripping/ sliding off coz it's just on top of the veggies. I have encountered some subway workers who don't like that. This time around I just told the young lady instead of the usual way of making the sub I asked without bread put everything in a bowl. She kindly did it without any kind of hesitation or attitude. More so she kindly kept asking if I needed anything else. Never received this kind of service at a subway. Thank you so so so much definitely will stop by if I'm back in...
