Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt that this time was needed since I haven’t had any issues until now. And so as I walked up to the counter to make my order and there’s an old lady working the counter who’s either a manager or somebody new so she’s not doing anything when I get there then tell’s me to wait as she goes on to make her own food for later and makes me wait about 4-5 minutes for her to make her own food after the fact that I was already there before she started doing that in which is completely unprofessional and not only was she rude and disrespectful when I was telling her my order she clearly showed that she didn’t want to be there i get the fact that times are tough and even retired individuals who shouldn’t have to work and have earned their right to not need to work haven’t been given any other choice but do do so but that is not a valid excuse to act i from of customers and fellow employees who in fact were shown some really good service today seriously those two girls should get a raise but not the old lady she need to...

Second time my daughter and I have bought subs to take home from this location in the last week. The first time the subs were so bad that we tossed them in the trash and chalked it up to "one of those days." We went back today, again got them to go, and when we opened them the rolls were so dried out, old, and hard, that I took out the "fixins" and put them on my own bread, turned out that everything tasted so bad that another set of subs hit the trash. Just stopped to grab three subs. A very sweet young lady waited on me named Vanessa. She was very professional but what impressed me the most was how quick and efficient she was with my order. The whole time she had a smile on her face while fixing all three subs at the same time. Definitely not an easy task but she make it look so easy.
