Amazing Service at Subway - A Truly Exceptional Experience!
I had the pleasure of visiting my local Subway recently, and I must say, the service was beyond impressive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere, thanks to two incredible employees: Khalid and Sharana.
Khalid was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to ask about my preferences and offer suggestions to enhance my sandwich. His knowledge of the menu was spot on, and he made sure everything was prepared to perfection. His positive attitude really stood out, and it felt like he genuinely cared about delivering the best experience possible.
Sharana, on the other hand, was equally fantastic. She was so professional yet personable, taking the time to ensure my order was made exactly as I requested. She also offered me a few extras to try, and her upbeat energy made the whole process enjoyable. It was clear that both Khalid and Sharana worked well together, creating a seamless and efficient service experience.
Their combined efforts truly made my visit memorable. Great food is always a big draw, but exceptional customer service like this makes all the difference. I left feeling not only satisfied with my meal but also impressed with the high level of care these two employees put into their work.

When I got in my car, I realised it was the wrong order, so I went back, and they refused to deal with it. After some talking, the guy finally agreed to give me my order, making it sound like he’s doing me a favour, whereas it’s his job. Not only that, he also started cussing in a different language. Little did he know that I understood him. When I confronted him, he started stuttering and denying it. And when I spoke to him in the same language, he understood it, and still denied he didn’t say anything. Throughout this experience, he didn’t apologise, not even once for his behaviour (wrong order, arguing back, cursing at me). If I had an option for 0 stars, I’d do that!! Do not come here!! I ordered a seasonal peppermint footlong cookie for the first time. Not knowing what to expect, I took a small bite out of what was given to me. Upon tasting, I realized that this was not a peppermint cookie.
I went back to the location, and informed the person who was behind the counter that there was a mix up in the order.
After some back and forth, the employee reluctantly decided to provide me with the peppermint cookie I had ordered. However, as he turned his back, I heard him mumbling profane language in his native language.
